Unfortunately, pornographic content can be accessed easily via twitter even though it has been using filters. some users are very easy to promote pornographic content on twitter.

misleading information can be found in any media such as twitter, instagram, blog even on news sites, therefore everyone needs to be careful and evaluate all the information that is important to them, don't fully trust the pages of social media, or any news source, evaluation remains to be done if interested in any information and want to check its truth

There is a better platform to learn to trade with the community rather than Twitter. TradingView as the example. Twitter is dominated by bots, I doubt it is the most active cryptocurrenices community members gather at Twitter.
