As they are on canadian do not like. But in General I don't feel sorry for a billionaire. I'm sure it's their money not earned by honest means. Moreover, they use their state to oppress other people. Especially in Nigeria!
Nigeria is having the biggest deposits of crude oil in the African continent. Many of the Nigerian military leaders have become super-rich as a result of it. When he was in power (until 1993), the net worth of Ibrahim Babangida was estimated at $50 billion.
Actually, it is a double whammy. The $50 billion he stole from the treasury could have been used to alleviate the poverty, or to fund major infrastructural projects in Nigeria. And worse still, most of that money is held outside Nigeria.
normally we used to see things the other way around,people from Nigeria scamming people with Emails and other scams and now they got their arse kicked by some smart arse girls
