we don't have judge or deliberate this in favour of the girlfriend, in my own suggestion, if the money collected to gamble was on agreement or the boyfriend inform his girlfriend that the purpose of taking the money is for gambling, I'm of the opinion or in support that the boy should give the girl forty million but if the girl, she not aware that the money not going to use for gambling bet, whatever the boy feels to give her in addition with the 10k, because the money was like collected in the name of lend.Story 1
