I was going to answer him too. It took me two seconds to see that they both wear the signature, and just in case they wear it without being accepted yet, it doesn't take long to go to the spreadsheet and see that both of them are on the Hero member category.

Were they accepted into the campaign? If they applied only and weren't accepted, technically they didn't break the rules. If they applied, were both accepted, and stayed in the campaign and got paid, then they broke the rules if the campaign states no alts.

I personally don't like a person applying with more than 1 of their accounts as I feel it's sorta cheating, but technically it isn't. Users think they have a better chance of 1 of their accounts getting into a campaign.
