Fairly certain what Simran is implying is that there was no proof there were cards at all.  (op posted pics after the Spanish inquisition began.)

Still an idiot.. OP posted a second pic..

Escrow is a necessity some times.

There is no reason not to use it if some one asks...

Good luck on your sale.

Trader Joe.. I'm not saying you are in any way dishonest because I don't know you. But what I will say is that the BitCoin world is full of scams and scammers and anyone who buys without escrow is asking to be ripped off.

Escrow can be done cheaply or even for free and is in the best interests of both the buyer and the seller.

Both cards run great. They hash around 380 with slight OC. I ran them with reduced memory and volts. Temps kept around 70. They are good cards. Original box included. They came with 3 year warranty. There is about a year and half left. Asking $380 shipped in USA. Coins or paypal. You cover the paypal fee's.

>55 posts
>OC'd cards
>Warranty that can't be transferred
>$380
>Accepting BTC, but no escrow
>Thinks of PayPal as escrow
>"You cover PayPal fee's"
>Bashing people who point of the obvious
>Picture of boxes, no cards

All I see here is a scammer. Cards are probably broken just because or because of his "OC'ing", and is trying to convince people by saying there's warranty, in which the second user won't even be able to use. 55 post, so he probably came here to sell his shit. Thinks PayPal as escrow, but is probably gonna ask for the person to send the money as a "Gift" in case the person decides to reverse the payment. He is accepting BTC, but no escrow.. $380 is a good amount of money, and is less that half the price of a new HD 6990, assuming that's he just wants to sell his shit as soon as possible. He's bashing other people who are pointing the obvious in his little scheme... and even then.. where are the cards, vato? All I see is 2 boxes and a paper with your name... how do I even know you got the shit, foo?

--Simran

EDIT: He added a pic of the cards, but keep in mind I could edit a paper with my name in there too.

EDIT EDIT: I just realized that by looking at the 2 pictures that the paper looks fake as fuck.. Doesn't look legit... be careful people!

I think my attitude is fine. I also think i should be able to decide the terms of sale for my goods. If you dont like my terms please move on without comments.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: In the first picture, it doesn't make any sense on how the fuckin thin piece of paper is standing so perfect on top of those bars.. looks fake as fuck. In the second picture, doesn't even seem the paper is on anything, just like you C&P'd the previous paper in there, because it's... just there... sell your shit some where else, ese!

EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT: After analyzing your shitty attitude, it seems apparent that you're a fake. Dayumm! You're worse than these fake hoes that add me on Facebook, at least they have legit, real people, pictures!

Way too many people get scammed around here. I think people would be wise to avoid buying these without escrow on BTC....

Decent cards... Good luck Smiley

I think most of the people shopping for cards would not buy them simply due to no escrow. There are people who offer free escrow services here with more posts than ~60 like you have. That is the true issue probably for most people.

Can we get a pic of them outside the box, it looks like they might be on a shelf in a best buy with your post it note against it. Just sayin.

Nice looking cards, so you are accepting payment through paypal only?  Have you reconsidered your price at all?  (Just curious.)  I would probably only be buying one...

I prefer paypal to act as escrow. You know you turned around and talked shit in my post cause i turned you down. You suck.

I didn't talk shit... I let you, and everyone else know the company's warranty policy. Had you sold the card, and then it crapped out, and the next person was under the impression it was under warranty, but it wasn't, depending on what kind of disclosure you gave, you would be liable for replacing the card. So you are welcome  Smiley

Again, read below, I didn't say anything negative about your cards, I believe I even said they looked to be in good condition.

If you knew about the warranty policy, and were hiding it, well... thats kind of shitty of you. If not, well now you know  Wink

edit* Also, you didn't turn me down, I just dont do deals any larger than a few BTC without using an escrow service.

sent you a pm.

As did I

edit* I looked into the HIS Warranty info, and the warranty is non transferable: http://www.hisdigital.com/us/support-71.shtml

"This Limited Warranty will not apply if a claim is made arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) physically damaged, graphics card is burnt out, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use and any operation of the Product outside HIS recommended parameters. This Limited Warranty is also invalid if any serial number or date stamp on the Product has been altered, obliterated or removed. Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered.

This Limited Warranty is only valid in the country where originally purchased. If products were shipped internationally by an authorized reseller, country of original purchase is the shipping point of the reseller. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

HIS is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping charges incurred to our RMA Center. Additionally, HIS reserves the right to inspect and verify the defects of the product(s) that are returned. Replacement or refund of purchased product is not included in the warranty."

that being said, the fact that the cards are still under warranty shows how old they are, and still seem to be in good shape. Just wanted to make sure that above was known.

That warranty wasn't the deal breaker for me, the no escrow was.
