I am trying to start a masternode but I always get this message:

I am running Mac OSX 10.11.1

22:14:10
masternode start

22:14:15
not capable masternode: Could not connect to 82.23.56.167:17170

My transfer.conf is:
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcuser=user1
rpcpassword=password1
server=1
daemon=1
listen=1
mnconflock=0
masternodeaddr=82.23.56.167:17170
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=mykeyishere

and the port is open, and I have tried several ports that are all open and I have placed an "allow all in/out connections" both in Little Snitch and I am using ESET anti-virus / firewall

Any ideas please?

TX on Yobit

Wallet status: Online

Thank you for helping to get that sorted out, We tried reaching out a few times to find out what was going on.

Finally! That is good news, now maybe the price there will become realistic and the rest of us can get some trading done.
Tried out the new Linux build on a system running the latest Fedora build, seems to run flawlessly, no bugs to report.
As always fantastic stuff.
Hope you get the Android build sorted soon, just curious, not trying to rush  Grin

I'm trying to save us a bit of money for the future, and figure out how the android QT is built myself, One of the reasons i needed the r-pi was to be able to build the proper dependencies that i need to use during the linking process, Currently I can get the android qt to build but cant link the dependencies that I have because they're for windows. With the r-pi I'll be able to build and copy the proper dependencies over to windows to build the android QT.

If I feel like too much time is being spent on this then I'll go ahead with the rebuild from the user who built the first android QT for us. That usually takes about 4 days time. By the end of the month, I'll make sure to have the android QT release one way or another. But hopefully I'll be able to provide the build myself, to save a bit of the dev funds for future projects.

R-pi ordered and I should have it by friday, If it does arrive on friday I'll be working on the ARM builds over the weekend, and take a shot at building the android QT with the dependencies from the pi since it also uses an ARMv7 processor.

I would like to thank wigitgetit for sending the funds for the order. Since I am unable to use qemu I need a physical pi to provide the ARM Qt's

I'm working on getting myself an r-pi so i'm able to build and release a new r-pi client every time I do something like this. QEMU is what I was using to try and build the r-pi clients with. but it is absolutely brutal to deal with. I'm going to take a shot at the android wallet, to try and save a bit of the development funds for other projects. If I feel like I'm wasting too much time on it and can't find any help. I'll pay for the build as planned. Just trying to save a bit of the development funds for other projects that I have no hope of doing myself.

One of the reasons I am interested in working on the R-pi is that it's very low cost to run, And can provide a bit more security than storing your wallet on your everyday machine. Another reason is that we've had an offer to be implemented into a raspberry pi service, that provides downloadable images with pre built clients on them.

This would make it much easier for new users that are familiar with the pi to get our client, and start using TransferCoin.

Also a reminder for anyone on c-cex to vote for Transfercoin if you have not done so already the link is below !

This is awsome.  With r-pi and TX. Tax will be the most profitable coin to hold. We need to set up a DEV fund. Come on TX community let's all step up to help with funds.

If anyone is interested in donating toward the development of transfercoin, I do have a BTC address and TX address already setup. The btc address is only used for development and is provided in the OP for transparency.

For anyone interested in donating an r-pi or helping me acquire one, send me a PM and I can start a new address for the r-pi.

Anyways off to bed for now 3:30 am in canadaland. Night everyone. Enjoy the low prices while they last Wink

I will fund the rasperry-pi for transfercoin.

Let me know what raspberry pi you want, and I will get that for you. I saw this one. http://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Pi-Model-512MB-Computer/dp/B00LPESRUK

Also saw this. Just let me know what you want. http://goo.gl/ers1vb (Amazon URL was super long)

That is awesome teamwork. I love it, if a community helps each other!

there should be a check system in place for versions hehe , but it can wait lol

There is a system implemented for that already, Since I was unsure how the clients would react to any masternodes on the old version I chose not to change that until I am able to test it further, There are still a few clients left on 1.2.1.1 and 1.2.1 about ~11 people so I'm going to leave the message up there for now but will remove once I see all of the 1.2.1 and 1.2.1.1 nodes go offline.

Great work as usual.
Will be testing out the new Linux build in a few hours, just have to finish what I"m busy with.
Already running the latest Win build without any problems or signs of bugs.

I see that the YOBIT wallet is still showing maintenance, has anyone received an answer as to why?

Just about finished up with the OSX QT and daemon as well. Both me and wigitgetit have contacted yobit, And I believe a few members of our community have also tried contacting them with no response to the issue. I am looking into finding some other exchanges, And soon I will be taking to the troll box and troll the hell out of any admin I see.
