There was a bad timestamp attack and possible double spend (infamous 51% attack) on the blockchain a couple weeks ago.  The Dev has been addressing it with Blockchain updates.... block height 76000 is significant because of some of these changes as well as a difficulty algorithm change that comes at that height.  There may be more, but I'll defer to the Dev and the Pools Operators who may know more than me on these issues.  Bottom line, the blockchain had numerous forks in it as we got closer to the 76000 height, which is why the pools kept getting stuck and the blockchain was having to backup a few times.  Once again, for the second time today, we seem to be cruising right along and the blockchain is getting better.  We are awaiting an updated wallet from the Dev as v1.2 seems to be getting stuck prior to height 76000 for BC synchronization.  Payouts are on the chain, but my wallet can't read them at the moment.  Awaiting advice and/or updated binaries.

Important ANN: Instead of waiting endlessly for block 76000 , we have decided to hardfork at height 75900 , 64 blocks behind current stucked height. All binaries and GitHub code will be updated within few hours . All working pools are already updated so u can continue/start mining .

We have upgraded the official pool tychecash.net to a dedicated server .

Already 24 hours the transaction is hanging.

No, not dead, just needs more hash power to find the blocks until block 36,000 and the difficulty fix comes in to action.

Blocks are being found but require 200,000% effort... just need more power.

Blockchain was stuck.

How to fix it? Sent transactions have not yet arrived.

Indeed you are right.  If the new block hasn't been found by now... a day later... when there is enough hashpower and low enough diff to find a block every 28 seconds...  doesn't it suggest something else is wrong that is preventing us from finding that new block?

Will the new binaries address this problem??  Else, we may never make it to 76,000...

Regarding this situation seen on Pools:

 Block <085bb319eb6ca275b957b248de373b4141f3048817fc37a47571b8ec62c834fe> is too big: 50133 bytes, exptected no more than 49967 byte

Is this a limitation of the blockchain or of the mining pool software?

We think this is achieved by setting too high of a static difficulty on miners.... it is being seen coming from various miners around the world...  not all, but some...  I think it results from static diff set higher than say 6+ Million on ASICs... 

Can you change this in your code?  It is believed to be causing invalid blocks to be submitted to the pools causing some of the blockchain delays we are seeing.

What do you think?

I like that this project (TycheCash) will be the money part of the larger ecosystem of TycheNeXT (TycheNeXT is a temporary name for the upcoming ecosystem). Good luck to the development team.

I compiled the daemon from the source files (gz), and the version still says 1.1.1.1

Current block Number 75555 , so 445 blocks more - approx 225 minutes to go , update and connect ur miners for first few blocks at least efforts

You might have tried during the time when seed nodes were being upgraded ( we moved to a dedicated server) . Try now it will work.

Could I get some advice how to proceed?

I upgraded to v1.1.1.1 for wallet...  because v1.1.1 wasn't syncing....

But new v1.1.1.1 isn't syncing for me either with the following wallet.log info:

I'm using Windows GUI Wallet.  While my balance shows up ok... my wallet doesn't seem to want to sync to the blockchain from block 1/1.
How do I proceed?

As the blocks are progressing , I am announcing planned upgrade for further difficulty and timestamp adjustment at block 75000 or 76000 . Will update here once code is pushed to GitHub. We are still 45/1045 blocks behind the upgrade.
