Very nice! I asked this question because your Skype Support contact was familiar to me from somewhere else. However, it is clear now that you have a good reason to use the same contact - being proud of your sales, which is nice.

Maybe, an improvement could be if you placed an amount of BTC in a trusted escrow for case of refund. I am writing this suggestion because actually alot of people promise all that, but only a few really do. So, using this little suggestion could improve customer trust and make your shop a bit different too.

Anyway, my questions were answered. All what left is my wish that you have a good luck with sales!

Yes that's very true. A lot of new people just come onto this forum an then start selling with the tagline, "Lifetife warranty". They leave the forum a couple of days after they sell some cracked accounts.
