Topic: Ubiatarplay scam: Let be unite to file a law case against them (Read 2153 times)

As some of you may already know, I’ve been the first one to raise some doubts regarding UbiatarPlay’s behavior, especially in the Italian forum, we’re talking about mid/end May, related to the bounty and the airdrop since a few days after I asked explanations to Francesco Raco, one of the foundrs, he blocked me on Telegram without any reason, he also attacked me on a public Italian chat saying that I insulted him and that I was a liar but, unfortunately for him, I had already sent the private conversation to the admins, so he decided to disappear, weird, eh?

During the last months things got worse and worse, UbiatarPlay people just kept lying and lying regarding everything, showing no respect for the investors or the bounty hunters , bounty hunters that have worked for 3 months, I repeat, 3 MONTHS, to get a few dollars, because they distributed a 5-10% of what they promised.

Here’s a quick recap of what happened:
- As I said they paid only 5-10% of what they promised;
- They said the old spreadsheet was wrong so it took them months to make a new one, or at lest this is what they say, and they can’t publish it because the European Union doesn’t allow them to publish the ETH wallets’ public addresses;
- In order to pay less tokens, they started saying that there were more than 20k bounty hunters in the new spreadsheet while in the old one there were less than 2k, also remember that in their Telegram chat there are only 11k people, how is it possible to have more bounty hunters than users, especially considering that to get the bounty you must join the Telegram chat?
- The number of users in the Telegram chat is fake, they bought hundreds, or thousands, of profiles, you just have to check the users list and it’s easy to spot them;
- Heavy censorship in the Telegram chat, deleted posts and users banned without any warning after they asked stuff they didn’t like;
- They manage all the bounty and airdrop problems by e-mail, in this way they think they can hide the truth from the users without posting in public;
- Fake reviews in the online stores to increase the rating of their app, one of the reviewers even has an Ubiatar logo as profile picture…
- Telegram chat with no real interest from the users, so they thought to change their own profiles and make them look like new users, very enthusiastic about the app, so they ask questions and also answer them, they’re such a losers…


Especially regarding the last point I decided to waste some time to show you how they think to be smart, considering the whole community as poor idiots, I attach you some screenshots:

Here we have 3 posts and we can read 4 different name: Chantal writes, Nina says hello calling her Giulia and Chantal replies calling her Martha!



Jennifer says hello and Chantal calls her Tony, because, in the meantime she changed sex





John Frings says hello and they reply with "Hello Anna", again, another one who changed sex…


And then John Frings/Anna becomes AnnaKate... And below you can notice a quoted post from Mirko, and they call him Peter



And now Martha, I love Martha, she’s great! Here she’s answering to Giulia, her colleague, calling her Dory:


Here she plays dumb asking how to be an avatar, and of course Chantal answers calling her Matthew, so once again, new sex…


And I think it’s a bit weird that Martha doesn’t know how to be an avatar, here she answers as Admin…


Now Martha became Danish, after changing sex she decided to change nationality as well:

This is what they’re doing to make people (and investors) believing that there actually are people interested in this project, when in the reality nobody cares anymore about them, just to give you another number the Telegram chat loses 200 users per week.

As soon as they get quoted (if they get quoted) this token from 2 dollars will dump directly to a few cents.


So remember, these people are SCAMMERS!

Yesterday I sent a message to the Ubiatar's CEO, Francesco Raco, asking why they are faking the conversation in their Telegram chat since everybody knows that it's them, he blocked me right away and I'm banned from the chat.

These people are shit, they are a shame for the crypto world.

UBIATARPLAY ARE SCAMMERS!

They really think we are idiots: I've been suspecting for days that all the new people in the chat, all of them extremely enthusiastic for this shit, were the same Ubiatar's people, now we have the proofs: I took this screenshots, in the first one you can see that this Tony guy is asking the difference between the apps, how to do this, how to do that, I mean, looks like he knows zero about Ubiatar...




And then, he probably forgets to log out or change the account and welcomes a new user asking if he's trying THEIR app:




So these losers are chatting among themselves in their own chat because they know that nobody gives a shit about their app! So they fake the conversations!

I got no second reward at all! I took part at the bounty signature for 3 months, 3 MONTHS I mean, and I got no reward! They scammed us all! And looks like they refuse, again, to share the new spreadsheet!

I have received the same mail. This project is 100% scam, they don't want to pay full for participants. They didn't check anything in the past few months.

I just got 66,6 tokens instead of the 870 that were due for my job, I asked explanations by email and this is their answer:

Bounty payments are over and they have been made accordingly to the requests received via email. After a careful evaluation of each job presented by the participants, the remuneration was paid at market prices.

THEY ARE FUCKING SCAMMERS!! They lied to us all this time!

My friend sent a letter to the supervisory authorities (FINMA - Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). Today he received an answer. I hope these scammers will have problems. Also letters were sent to other services.

So, I decided to take a look at Ubiatar’s Telegram chat after I read that a user was chatting with their CEO, Francesco Raco, and he told him that now the bounty hunters’ request aren’t 12k, now they have increased to 20k!!

A quick recap:
- Before the bounty hunters are 12k
- Now they are 20k
- In the Telegram chat there are less than 13k subscribers
- In the old bounty spreadsheet there were less than 2k people.

So it’s easy to see that Ubiatar and their CEO are lying to everybody, probably they think to be very smart and have a very low consideration of other people’s intelligence…

After I took a look at their Telegram subscribers I found this:




















Those of course are just a part of the screenshots, there literally are hundreds or even thousands of deleted accounts and other accounts with Southeast Asia names without profile picture. So what does it mean? It means that all those accounts are fake and have been bought in packages just to increase the number of the subscribers in the chat, so they are trying to show a lot of people interested in their project when clearly many of them are fake.

This project just gets worse day by day, SCAMMERS!!

I think we don't have hope here like there is just few people that wanted to have transparency with the ubiatar team. And some seems don't bother about this, guys we've got scammed and they should be hearing our voices. So speak out so the team will take an action and won't belittle us.

Many investors watch their behavior and their messages. Everyone sees that they are lying and want to deceive the bounty members. They do not want to answer questions and ignore them. It's scammers. 3 weeks they can not check the table))) Write a review of their product. Haha seems the team making fun with us huh? And where the 12,000 emails came from? Maybe someone bombarded their email address. And honestly I don't belong to those 12,000 who emailed them. I don't know why they doesn't want to pay their participants like they just pay us UAC and not even eth or btc. So what's wrong with it.

Everyone who participated should voice out here. And we should give them an ultimatum.

- Twitter: 421 users (accepted: 376)
Total: 1957 users (accepted: 1341)

I highly doubt that all the people who took part in the Telegram campaign have sent an email, they will get 1-2 tokens maximum...

So I asked an explanation and I didn't get one, I don't know what those 33.4 tokens are (coincidence, it's exactly the 5% of what I was supposed to receive) and they are thanking me for sending "all the data". Does any of you see any data there? No. What does that mean? They don't even read the emails and just copy paste a text, that's all.
