I remember watching AC Milan play in the champions league when we had the Patos of this world, Filippo Inzaghi, Seedorf, Gattuso etc , it was always a hard fought battle for anybody facing them because they played with heart.

But if you compare them to today's team, it's a mess to say the least and these guys keep writing their names in the wrong history books and today is definitely an end of the road for them because I don't see them turning the result around!

Manchester City are being considered favorites here only because of the Etihad record they have, but facing Real Madrid even in their weakest days is never going to be a walk in the park and everyone knows this...But at the moment I think these City lads are motivated enough to bag all three cups here and the Champions League should be the most sought after and they will through everything they have at it!

My prediction: Manchester City 2-1 Real Madrid

If I refer to the line-up predictions for these two teams, there are not many changes for the two teams. Inzaghi will play the line-up as in the first leg, with the same pattern as the 3-5-2 formation. while Milan, it seems that Rafael Leao will be the main starter. for an unchanged pattern, Pioli will apply 4-2-3-1. well, referring to this arrangement. if the scenario doesn't change, it means that both teams will use an offensive pattern. that way, Inter will not let Milan dictate the course of the game.

I hope that lukaku will be playing in the next leg. It will be so good to have him duet with lautaro martinez. It will make intermilan to be very careful when it will face intermilan again.

Furthermore while City is definitely a strong team they’ll crack under pressure and this is where Real Madrid has an advantage because they thrive under pressure especially in champion league matches hence in my personal opinion they’ll definitely win and progress to the finals.
