The draw of Milan in the Serie A is very unlucky for them obviously because the race for the champion League spots is very tight this year but i don' think this will mean that much for the Champions League match because this is a totally different competition and for both clubs probably the biggest match they had for at least 5 years or so.
That being said, it doesn't matter which one of those teams will advance into the final because either one would be the huge underdog against Manchester City or Real Madrid, but then again this is football and everything can happen in a final.

I know some Real Madrid players with injury challenge, if they haven't recover well it can be problem to them. The one way real madrid will resist Manchester City from winning is if the players are well fit. Manchester City players are physically fit that   is why it seems very easy for them to victory in every game. To be honest Haaland will be a problem to Real Madrid because man is always on fire,  does things in a mysterious way which seems difficult for opponent to resist him.
