Hearing the news before I never believed that Newcastle could borrow Ronaldo just for the sake of Champion League readiness, it was news that was fried by the media to become a trend but I was sure before that he would definitely stay with Al Nassr, I thought that Ronaldo was old enough and Newcastle did not need to want him because there were still young players who were more talented if the Newcastle scenario wanted him but it was just a rumor.

Even when I saw the news, I was unsure if it was true. How could Newcastle borrow Ronaldo from Al-Nasr to play for them in the Champions League when there is a league for Al-Nasr in which Ronaldo will be playing for them? In addition, I was confident that it was not true because Newcastle also has young players who will perform well for them. I can't see why they would borrow Ronaldo for the Champions League when there are also players that are more experienced and will do well for them as well.

Quote
Well Ronaldo and Benzema will play in the same league but as opponents on the pitch, it's more European players playing in the Saudi Professional League that are getting a lot of attention now.

However, I think they will try their hardest to move those teams up. We can see how Ronaldo has contributed to Al-Nasr since they signed him; he has helped the squad become known worldwide, if not to anyone who has even heard of Al-Nasr before. It will be entertaining to see the Benzema and Ronaldo squads facing each other and competing, and we can't wait to see them play for them.

Cristiano Ronaldo confirmed that he'll still be around , so such news are complete speculations the media wants booming, nothing good will come out of it. But I think after this season, Cristiano Ronaldo would make the switch to Sporting Lisbon.
Eddie Howe did great handling Newcastle United last season, I want to see how he does the same with pressure of the Premier League and also the Champions League. They're making good signatures no doubt, they had a great defense last season, I hope it continues too this season.
We know that Cristiano Ronaldo is a player who shines in the Champions League, in fact he has broken several records and even today he still holds them. But with the records he broke and he holds does not mean he will do the same, so in my opinion it is a risk if Ronaldo really joins Newcastle, because there is no guarantee he will be able to adapt well and shine again in the Champions League.
Moreover, I see this news appears only because the owner of Newcastle is of Arab origin who has connections with Al Nassr, so it is a matchology that finally becomes big news.
Many people are saying that there is a rumor of Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Real Madrid but I don't think this rumor will be true as Real Madrid will not want to sign him at the moment. Because Real Madrid is more interested in youth, considering Ronaldo's age and being out of Europe for a long time, Ronaldo may no longer be seen at Real Madrid. But the rumor of Cristiano Ronaldo joining Newcastle may be true because Newcastle may bring Cristiano Ronaldo back from the Saudi League to play for the English Premier League because through Ronaldo they may want to turn their team into a strong team again. I am a long time believer that if Cristiano Ronaldo returns to Europe, his game will rise again. Newcastle have enough experienced players to help Ronaldo perform well.

Bayern Munich are still looking for a top striker since Lewandowski departure, Mane, who was projected to be the right replacement for Lewandowski, has not been able to adapt well. Bayern Munich are trying to sign Harry Kane in the transfer market this summer to add strength to their front line, but Tottenham are still not ready to let go of one of the best strikers they have.

Bayern Munich had to convince Kane to move from Tottenham, he is the best solution in Bayern front line, he is very intelligent in finding positions and good aerial play. His presence in the Munich squad would be mutually beneficial for both parties, Kane could play in the Champions League next season and Bayern front line is getting sharper.
Bayern Munich had many legendary strikers in their history from Gerd Muller, Klose, Elber, Pizzaro, Toni, Lewandowski and they are important for their club success. After losing Lewandowski because they could not find an agreement for a new contract, they have to look for a new striker and surely a world class striker. They did not buy Haaland in the last summer and in the market, there are very little world class strikers nowadays. Kane is one of such strikers and he has only one year in his contract with Tottenham.

This summer is good chance for Bayern Munich to take Harry Kane out of Tottenham. Levy again tried to offer Kane a very good salary to convince him to stay in Tottenham with another promise to build a stronger squad for Tottenham. I believe Kane will leave because signing a new contract means he will end his career in Tottenham.

Arteta was an inexperienced and young coach but he had a good performance in the last season with Arsenal in the premier league until the last weeks.
You can call Arteta is an inexperienced coach two seasons ago but now, in a next season, it will be no longer correct. He has yet won any big tittle with Arsenal but he has gain more experienced in the last two seasons with them.

It's gonna be far from what you have been expected. Havertz can be a floop in arsenal. Another club was also doing massive transfers to strengthen their clubs. It's likely arsenal gonna be trophy less again next year.

FA cup can become the biggest achievement by arsenal. Despite the difficulty in accepting the truth, Arsenal continues to make the same mistakes repeatedly.
The FA Cup would be the final destination in intense action; all they need are more experienced players with exceptional energy to perform on the field. The addition of Kai Havertz from Chelsea, I don't think the guy would make an important contribution to the club; the Gunners need to be extremely cautious with the way they're adding unreliable individuals, and they don't have numerous versatile players who can fit into any role. Arsenal are likely to be strengthened by their youthful players, but they will need time to develop into a formidable team. Mikel Arteta is doing an excellent job at the Emirates Stadium, bringing out the best in his players.

I don't want to have any hype about Arsenal to fight for the Champions League title next season. I really appreciate with the work they did in the EPL the last time. But it is quite difficult to keep up the same level with a young team like them. Besides this is the CL we are talking about. This environment is way more different and Arsenal haven't had any experience in it for many years.

Arteta would of course prepare his players in the best way possible. But I think they would have big struggles against top experienced teams.

The Champions League format has completely changed now as well but I don't know if we would see big surprises in its first year in some stages.

The previous season can't be used as reliable data to determine the result from this season. It's caused by this is the first match between sheriff and farul. I picked farul due to the club has better performance in the domestic league.
Farul is also far stable compared with sheriff. That's why i did believe farul gonna win the game and it happened.

Even though farul was not winning with a lot of goals but that's enough to make me feel happy.  Cheesy
Congratulations on winning your bet and I think it was the right decision to bet on Farul's win. Actually, I thought the Sheriff was a regular in the Champions League qualification and he should have been able to win this match, but it seems I was wrong and Farul actually managed to beat them. I also just found out that Farul has a very stable performance in the domestic league and if you do a search regarding this club before placing your bet it is very correct. I don't bet on this match because I'm still quite hesitant to bet on a qualifying round like this.

Arteta was an inexperienced and young coach but he had a good performance in the last season with Arsenal in the premier league until the last weeks. He also got a young team and I think in the next season when they get more experience and Arteta hires some better players they can have the chance for the premier league but I don't expect to see this team between the top team in the next champions league.
I think that Arteta and Arsenal are not ready to fight on two fronts yet, and therefore this season the main bet will still be on the English Premier League, and not on the Champions League. Therefore, it is still not necessary to call Arsenal one of the favorites of the Champions League, although of course the club will not give up the opportunity to go as far as possible in the tournament. But still, as in all cup tournaments, there is a high probability of losing everything because of one unsuccessful game, whereas in the championship, systematic work will definitely bring results.

We already started some actual games of this upcoming season,as yesterday and today we have the weakest teams playing in preliminary elimination rounds, quite some surprises yesterday night from so respected teams who even at a certain point have been in group stages like Ludogoretz who lost 2-0 to KF Ballkani who on the other hand has been Europa Conference League group stages, yesterday was the first preliminary round so we have return legs.

I saw some games and of course the quality of these game were low but it is good that we are officially under way for the 2023/2024 season with games being played.

Today there is also a match between Farul Constanta against Sheriff Tiraspol and in the odds show, at least Sheriff Tiraspol is not favored because it may have higher odds. In fact, if I remember the previous seasons that Sheriff Tiraspol has better experience to play in the Champion League. So, with Sheriff Tiraspol not being the favorite to win in this match, but I think I will still choose Sheriff Tiraspol because I slightly believe Sheriff Tiraspol has a better chance because they have probably better experience too.

And again someone talks about goals and targets and says that the Champions League win is not a goal. I still don't get it. Arsenal could just forfeit then, but they still will try to play win it. Why would they even do it if you know that winning the Champions League is not their goal?

Whenever those clubs start in a competition, they are in it to win it. The weaker teams dream of winning it but they know that their chances are almost null. But that doesn't mean it is not one of their goals. I am sure that every single Arsenal player is motivated up to the limit when he plays in the Champions League against a big club instead of playing against Bournemouth in the Premier League.
Every team that plays in the Champions League must have big hopes and that is to win the Trophy UCL. No matter how strong the strength that each one has, of course, big teams or superior teams cannot be underestimated because in the Champions League there are definitely no weak teams.
For Arsenal they will start the Champions League next season and I hope they can advance to a further stage, therefore Arteta needs the full support of the fans or the players to realize their hopes of reaching the final and becoming a Champion.

Well apart from that, teams that can be said to be strong candidates like Manchester City, Real Madrid will certainly be quite a strong opponent for other teams because these two teams have stronger squad depth than other teams. So there is also luck and this is usually based on injuries to key players that make the candidate team lose balance when facing other teams.

He could have been transferred to better teams in the Premier League, but he has a ties to Tottenham and if he transfers he will probably be out of the Premier League. One of the biggest interested teams right now is Bayern Munich. If they can convince Kane, I'm curious about his UCL performance.

Yes, Harry Kane should have sort a transfer out of Tottenham for a long time now; i wonder why he hesitated. Also, there is nothing wrong about Kane in the champions league if he gets a move to Bayern Munich. If you forgot, Harry Kane is one of the few strikers to have back to back to back seasons 25 + goals as a center forward in Europe. Harry Kane is great for the better and best games in Europe.

Spurs have no intention of selling their best scorer this transfer window; they simply been interested in motivating him to extend his contract with the club, and if he does, it will be quite disappointing to see such abilities wasted at mediocre Spurs. Harry Kane is hesitant to leave Tottenham Hotspur, most likely because he is exercising his patriotism for the club, and he overlooks that he is not growing younger, plus he wants to add a few outstanding titles to his gallery. The truth is that Tottenham Hotspur will not provide him with what he desires, but another possible Premier League team would.

I never imagined Harry Kane would still be at Tottenham. He was a fantastic striker in the Premier League and was highly sought after at the time. You must know that Harry Kane ever tried to leave Tottenham to Man City previously. Unfortunately, he failed because Tottenham didn't want to sell him. After that, he became have no motivation to play in Tottenham. He has the intention to play again when Tottenham hired Conte. But now, Conte has left Tottenham. Harry Kane's contract is also almost over, it expires in 2024. So, he actually has some reasons to leave Tottenham now. I don't think he will stay in Tottenham. If he doesn't leave Tottenham in the current transfer window, he may leave for free in 2024.

Indeed, he already played in Tottenham for a long time. He already showed his loyalty to the club. Now, it is time to focus on his future, achieve a better career in a new club.

I'm sure he can play with his best until 35 years old. Harry Kane has no much issue on his fitness, he rarely got a serious injured. So, it is very possible that he can follow Messi or Ronaldo.

You think Arsenal is now ready? just because of the squad of young players? even without experience in the Champions League (isn't it no different from Man United) but at least Man United has players who have played in the Ucl many times. So if you now support Arsenal, what is the strongest foundation to deserve to compete in the Champions League competition?

It's difficult to predict in the current conditions. I don't feel confident about either of them yet, there are still a lot of luxury squads in the teams that are currently in the UCL. I'm interested in Barcelona and Man city for this season. I think they are the favorites even though the transfer season is still going on, there could be big transfer surprises for clubs that are in the UCL.
I'm not expecting much from Arsenal in Champions league,  I'm very sure arsenal targets still remains  to  win  Premier league after they lose it last season, and with the players, they have so far I'm not convinced if they are good enough to win the Champions League.  The champions league game will be too tough for Arsenal because they already have a target since last season that they couldn't win, this season is another time for them to struggle to win the Premier League title this season.

And again someone talks about goals and targets and says that the Champions League win is not a goal. I still don't get it. Arsenal could just forfeit then, but they still will try to play and win it. Why would they even do it if you know that winning the Champions League is not their goal?

Arsenal put the best foot forward in the last season and both in the championship and the premiere in both leagues Arsenal tried their possible best to sustain a good position but just that forces that way more than them were able to overpower Arsenal and the first spot in the premiere leagues was occupied by Assrnal for a long time before Manchester united finally take over and ultimately won the  title, so let not get ourselves confused by saying that Arsenal never wanted to win the leagues in the last season  and what stood against Arsenal success was the presence of a stronger team and Manchester City was the major opponent that pulls Asernal down from the high horses the club started with

I don't think that Arsenal will go far in Tue next UCL. We have strong clubs that are eager to devour any club that come across their path in the matches and I don't see Arsenal as one of those clubs. Barcelona is a club to look out for and also Real Madrid.

Arsenal will do better in EPL,I am not underestimating Arsenal but this is the fact. The players are still very young and lack experience to withstand strong teams in an important match. Let's hope to see Arsenal perform more than expected in UCL next season. Manchester city is the current defending champions and I hope they can defend it next season till the final match.

Kane can't save Tottenham right now. I think it would be better for Tottenham if they sell him for the amount Levy wants and use the money for strengthening multiple areas of the squad. No matter how much Kane perform Tottenham will just continue to create new disappointments for their fans. They couldn't even make it to the Champions League this season.

What Tottenham need is to improve the match strategies and make the teamwork much better than this level. I still remember Tottenham's 2018/19 Champions League journey. They reached even the finale even though they couldn't win the title against Liverpool.

They need to figure out how they did it and focus on fixing the weak spots of them. I would like to see them back in the Champions League soon.

believe you are correct in saying that Tottenham can still succeed even if they lose Harry Kane. Selling Kane may also be the reason why Tottenham will acquire a good striker who will outperform him. I believe the Tottenham team believes that Kane is essential, but when I look at the club, I still see many of players who can help Tottenham and advance the team to the Champions League, despite losing a striker.

We all recognise Kane's widespread recognition, and he ought to be included when discussing players with greater skill. However, as a team, we shouldn't focus solely on Kane, as no matter how good he is, he should be moving from team to team in order to demonstrate his abilities and cap off his career successfully.

I only expects the best team to become winners. The UEFA Champions League is a tough one, we have good times to relaxed and prepared for what's coming. Mikel Arteta is an outstanding coach who safeguarded the most important aspects the workforce this summer by signing his ultimate transfer objective, Declan Rice. The gunners ought to produce remarkable results. Arsenal lacks the strength to contend for the UEFA Champions League title. The Gunners will only appear to be a threat to the poor clubs out there, and I'm convinced they'll easily get sent out in the early stages.
