It may probably 1-0. 1-1, or even like what you have stated above but it seems like that there will be a club that would be dominating the match. It's hard to guess which team that would be winning this match.
The odds for PSG is quite good consider it was more than 1.71 but acmilan is also holding very good odds from bookies as well. Even though milan performed so badly but the chance to win against PSG was still there. Acmilan can really help newcastle as long as the club will able to beat PSG.
I would rather than pick BTTS for this match. BTTS's odds is pretty much better compared with PSG's odds.

He did become the hero of the victory but will he play well for the game another day? His goal did make the fans maybe feel a little happy because this saved Man United from losing 3 points. 22yrs is a long very long period of time for these two clubs to see face to face in one of the greatest competition of all time. PSG has never been in great shape when talking about champions league competition, they never had a better memory of getting very close to lifting the trophy but they seem to be one of the best in the Ligue 1 and going head to head with a promising Ac Milan that's always hungry to get a win in every fixture is going to be another difficult game for PSG.
Losing (PSG) to Newcastle 1-4 is really going to make them do their best to at least cover for their loss, that's if they can pressure the visitors from the beginning of the game to the end, just like they did against Strasbourg. I expect Luis Enrique Martínez Garcia to play more of the attack and more of the defense because the AC Milan team loves operating from the wings better to get a cross to the big man Olivier Jonathan Giroud, we know how dangerous he is with area balls, so I just feel without that being done by PSG we might be counting another champions league defeat for the home side.

André Onana was one of the best goalkeepers in the world when he was in Inter Milan. I said he was because he lost so much form and confidence in Manchester United. The Cameroonian goalkeeper has been behind some of the losses his club has experienced this season. If his performance had continued to dwindle, he would have been kept on the bench. But his performance yesterday was just different because he played with so much confidence and determination. He was giving accurate passes and made some good saves before he crown it up with the important penalty save. I am just happy that Coach Erik ten Hag continued to give the goalie the chance to prove himself and hopefully it will be the beginning of a good season.

Galatasaray are not a perfect match for Bayern Munich. Based on the game pattern, the route was readily apparent for the Bavarians to take the lead because Galatasaray squandered important chances that would have placed them ahead in the early minutes of the first half. Perhaps the second half was different because Bayern Munich reversed the play in their favor, dominating critical areas and drawing more goal scoring chances were they missed most of the chances created. Bayern Munich remained first in their group, Galatasaray second while Manchester United have regained their stand after winning Copenhagen 1 nil.
