Just because Galatasaray managed to beat Manchester United, I wouldn't completely say they can also beat Bayern Munich. I know Galatasaray's performance is fine and they managed to win important points in important matches, but the match against Bayern Munich looks like it will be very different because of the difference in quality and experience.

I favor Bayern Munich to win the away game against Galatasaray, but I wouldn't rate Galatasaray as a team worth underestimating. Galatasaray can take advantage of opportunities because they have reliable attackers, but Bayern Munich's defense feels like it will be quite ready to face the Turkish team's opponent in the right way.

Yeah Bayern Munich will play with a bad defense since Neuer, Upamecano, De Ligt, and Guerreiro are injured, this will make Galatasaray able to score against Bayern Munich. It also depend on Bayern Munich striker, will they score more goals than Galatasaray or not.

Honestly I doubt Galatasaray can beat Bayern Munich, I think the biggest possibility would be draw.

But so far this momentum of "this is football where everything is possible to happen" did not work in favor of Manchester United, but in favor of Galatasaray. When they won their game, I think that was a typical "everything is possible" moment. When Galatasaray saw the drawing of their group and they noticed Bayern Munich and Manchester United, I am quite sure that they were motivated but also grounded with their expectations. I am also sure that they thought they should do everything they can to win their home games, but instead they now have a win against Manchester United and still have their home game. I have big doubts that they will slip this momentum away from them. That is why I am convinced that Galatasaray will not lose the home game. I have no idea whether they can win twice against Manchester United, but depending on the odds I will consider betting on a win/draw combination for Galatasaray.

before the group phase started, most of the people here said that Galatasaray would not be able to appear strong in the group phase and I also said that the team would not be able to compete with other european teams such as Man United etc. but the fact is that it is not as previously thought that Galatasaray can become a strong challenger to Bayern Munich because from group A the only ones who appear unbeaten are Munich and Galatasaray. this is very worrying if it can surprisingly shift Bayern Munich ranking even though it is impossible I always remember there are surprises in every match so I admit that Galatasaray cannot be underestimated if this team is one of the strong teams in Group A and Bayern Munich must be careful with this team.

I would rather than the defenders of galatasaray was too inconsistent. They were always going out of their positions. it makes galatasaray feel so hard in defending from the counter attack that might be coming from its opponent. I saw that how galatasaray was struggling when it was facing MU.
Galatasaray will meet strongest club in the group and im feeling doubt about the consistentcy from the club. This makes me feel so confidence to put my bet on bayern instead of galatasaray. Munchen is still being favorable to win the match even though it will be playing away.

I don’t think a draw would be a potential result. More like a win for Bayern Munich. Rightly noted about not using the defeat Man United suffered to completely form an opinion. Bayern Munich is by quite a large margin, stronger than Galatasaray and would claim the win when they meet later.
I don’t think they are much of a threat foot Bayern. They might score a goal or two but I think Bayern Munich would come out victorious in the end.
It would be interesting to watch how Galatasaray would try for a win.

But now that the team is looking better it would be very hard to actually get a point off them.
