Physically, Haaland is ideal, but his ability to dribble the ball, take the initiative to create space, and control the ball when dealing with opponents is still very minimal. Therefore without a profitable supply, Haaland will not be able to move at all and will even have difficulty scoring goals. Manchester City is lucky to have De Bruyne, Bernando Silva, Foden and Doku so as a pure striker Haaland just has to wait.
Meanwhile Ronaldo, Suarez, Ibra, Aguero and several senior players who in their prime were able to master various techniques were able to complete their tasks well. Physical quality, ball control or balanced flexibility, so far Haaland has not been able to do that. Maybe he should train harder to develop his individual abilities, because if he only relies on supplies alone he will not be able to develop amidst the competition from today's star players.
I don't think we can expect a perfect striker to continue to exist nowadays, Haalaand is one of the strikers who does have quite a high goal scoring instinct but he still has shortcomings which should give other players the opportunity to stop him, if only he had ideal physique like ibra and supported by a pretty good dribble like messi and able to have the speed and ability to avoid the opponent control like ronaldo, of course now we will see he will be unstoppable and make him the only one worthy of winning the ballon d'or, but I think, we still must to be realistic if Haalaand is just an ordinary human being who has strengths and weaknesses in his performance so far.
I think Manchester City is more than just Haalaand at the moment and we have to admit that all this time Manchester City lack of Haalaand has actually been covered well by other Manchester City players, I'm quite sure that before recruiting Haalaand of course Guardiola already knew all the weaknesses Haalaand have, but he still recruited Haalaand because Guardiola knew that Haalaand advantages as a striker were greater than the shortcomings he had so far.
