Yep. Liverpool returns to UCL for the next season, they finished in the 3rd place. Unfortunately, Klopp left Liverpool when they play again in UCL, now they are managed by a new coach (Arne Slot). TBH, I'm not really familiar with Arne Slot, his career looks like in domestic competition. So, this is the first time that Arne Slot manages a top European team like Liverpool. This won't be easy for Arne Slot because managing a big team like Liverpool must have a high target. Moreover, they will play in UCL, they will play against the top teams in Europe. I personally never expect Liverpool to reach their best level again like in the season 2021/22 soon.

Agree. If we look at his achievement and history of his career, we can't be very optimistic with Arne Slot. Moreover, it is always not easy for the Dutch coach managing EPL teams. We want to see a more competitive champions league fight and it can only be possible if most of this teams show competency and strength in fighting other top teams to make the competition more interesting to follow. Let Liverpool show that they can too.

In champions league, looking down on any team is the biggest mistake you can ever make as a team. Everyone has some kind of potentials in them that has brought them that far to make it to the competition. Just a slight mistake can make you lose against them and that cannot be undone when already happened. The biggest teams base on their most recent performance are Real Madrid and Manchester City.

In the just concluded season, before the match will come to an end, only Manchester City and Real Madrid are the two most favorites team to win the competition and after the elimination of one of them, it was very clear that the other team will win the title and that is exactly what happened in the concluded season.

Every team coming to the champions league next season will be at their best and will fight to become victorious in their respective matches but only the best will win and qualify to the next round of the competition. Waiting to see a more intriguing season coming to us in the champions league next season.

Indeed, in the last few seasons Liverpool have always provided a good thing in the competition even though last season they lost momentum because they could not compete in the Champions League but that does not reduce respect for them because Liverpool is one of the clubs that is indeed great until now.

I don't agree with you that Liverpool is not capable of performing in the champions league next season because among all England teams, Liverpool has the highest champions league record because they have won it 6 times while the second club from England which is Manchester united has won the champions league 3 times, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest won 2 times each, Manchester city has just one champions league title alongside Aston Villa that has also gotten one champions league trophy so this is to show that Liverpool still remains the highest team from England that has won the champions league.

Sure Liverpool will struggle to perform without Jurgen Klopp who have managed the team to a good standard within his coaching career with the club even though he didn't achieve many trophies but let us not forget that Liverpool have great talented players so they can perform better than they did last season even though they were not in the champions league last season but for the fact that they made it next season mean they will devote their time to make things work out well for them.

A big dogs in football especially in the UEFA Champions League but you will never underestimate the power and enthusiasm of the Liverpool team and their fans LFC can strike back anytime and when they strike back its impact is very hard.

Too fanatical is also not a good thing, I feel he is too fanatical to see Manchester City not the same but in the final match, there is no luck in my opinion if we see how a team tries to put out its performance as best as possible to get a victory, I saw that when against Real Madrid in the semi-final yesterday Man City and also Real Madrid they competed quite seriously and they put out their best performance, then where is the luck? unless they play jokingly and Man City players make a lot of mistakes which in the end get the victory, that's just called luck.

In this season, Liverpool must be absent for participating in Champion League after failure reach the top fourth standings position finish but for next season new manager Arne Slot get opportunity after Jurgen Klopp leaving his position and finish on 3rd place. Since winning the Champion League season 2018/19, Liverpool performance not quit well and difficult reach the higher level until final round on season 2021/22 but Liverpool defeated by Real Madrid.

Actually new manager Arne Slot not quit well promising will be success with Liverpool or not because its first time for him managing the Premier League team who know as difficult competition. Had much experienced in Eredivisie is not enough to be capital for Premier League manager and recently Erik ten Hag get difficult when becoming Manchester United manager although he had success before with Ajax Amsterdam. However Liverpool fans get huge expected with their new manager will bring good performance in Champion League and make Liverpool get opportunity reach the final round?

Real Madrid and Manchester City? They are the favorite, the big dogs. Nothing wrong with that. Still, anything may happen in the Champions League. Liverpool, things are changing; a new coach, new enthusiasm. A fresh start can sometimes do wonders. And Arsenal? Though their attention is on the Premier League, never undervalue a club that has something to prove.

Real Madrid, they have an outstanding squad without a question. But that doesnt mean they're invincible. Unexpected events exist in Champions League history. Underdogs can rise and the biggest teams fall. Thats the reason its so exciting.

They do not have a guarantee to do well, but they are not expected to win it neither anyway. I mean if Atalanta or/and Leverkusen ends up going out of the group stage, which will be a different system for now, but lets assume that they go out of the group stage, that would be more than enough. I think that has to be the most important part, if they end up with teams that they could beat, and they get the results they should, that would be more than what people expect from them anyway.

This is why I believe that the best way to move forward with this would be just realizing that we are going to end up with a good return for them. There is no need to expect them to win the title, that would be expecting way too much from them anyway.

Next season we will look back at Liverpool playing in the Champions League after this season they are absent, Liverpool journey this season did not go according to the expectations expected by Klopp, the Premier League trophy, the Europa League and also the FA were all lost without them being able to achieve a single one, Klopp farewell of course was not accompanied by a glorious achievement after he had an impressive season with Liverpool so far,  Next season Klopp position has been officially replaced by Arne Slot, so we don't know yet how Liverpool next season will be better or they will still get worse like what happened this season, the arrival of Arne Slot certainly makes Liverpool fans have high expectations for him next season.

Klopp ability of course we cannot doubt but at the moment I think Liverpool fans must be able to support Arne Slot to do his job at Liverpool next season, so far Arne Slot has had very good experience in the Eredivisie league with Feyenoord but I have not found any achievements and also his experience in bringing the team in the Champions League,  So we should look forward to what Arne Slot can do next season to bring Liverpool to be better, especially in the Champions League.

They are never lucky
Let me give you a hint that it is not a matter of luck but the lack of ability to play against better teams. They can defeat weak PL teams with 5-6 goals and then lose to a stronger team. Whenever they encounter a team in better form, they have problems. It's not a coincidence that they can't reach the CL finals with a team like this. Something doesn't work there when there are matches against top teams and I don't think it will suddenly change.

If a new manager is appointed in a club and he is removed from the team in the next season, then we say that the manager should be given more time because a manager cannot fully apply his skills in one season. But if a manager takes charge of the same team for five consecutive seasons and cannot bring significant changes in the performance of that team, then the club should exclude that manager and plan anew. A manager who has not done well for the team in five years will not do well in the future. We may have forgotten the last time Atlético Madrid performed to our liking. They are not seen to perform significantly in either the Champions League or La Liga. I would definitely support a change of manager if their club's performance changes by changing the manager.

Klopp is already a legendary coach for Liverpool and I think his performances will be hard to achieve once again in the near future of the club and that's why I do not expect Liverpool to perform as high as they did in the last years. Sure , they will fight for top 5 without any doubts but fighting for EPL title will be very hard for them as long as they don't make important transfers and when it comes to UCL , I think winning it it's already impossible for them. However , like you said , the start of the season should give us an idea of what this new Liverpool is capable of.

Lots of teams recruit new coaches but quite a few of them underestimate them because maybe they have few achievements so people don't really like them from their point of view, I also don't know much about Arne Slot but it seems he doesn't come from a team that can be said to be strong, but with several players currently in the main squad, of course Arne Slot can use that to show his quality as the new coach at Liverpool, since Klopp left, Liverpool may experience a slight decline in performance.

I think in the new season Liverpool will experience many changes from the unusual style of play when Klopp was there, but here the challenge is that Arne Slot must be able to approach all players and also recruit new players to fill the main squad, this is of course it is done so that Liverpool performs better than last season, at least Arne Slot must be able to bring Liverpool to get any trophy next season, even though it is difficult to hunt for the UCL trophy and only get the EPL, that will not be a problem because they clearly have the opportunity to compete with Arsenal and Manchester City next season.

Dortmund's performance in the last Champions League was just surprising, they played well and were able to get to the final, but they couldn’t beat Real Madrid in the final. Every team must try to play with their best but Champions League is a very tough tournament and in this tournament if good quality players cannot be formed in the team then competition with other teams can't benefit. Arsenal have quality players but a clear weakness in their finishing positions. Their defense should be a little stronger in addition to the finishing position being a little stronger. If they can do well in these two positions, they will have a good chance of doing well in the Champions League next season.
