Yes. It took decades for Real Madrid to win the UCL trophy even though the team was consistent every year. In my opinion, the only person who can approach Real Madrid is AC Milan because they are the closest, I mean it could be that in the next few years AC Milan will be successful again. For me, Man City is very unlikely, they have only won one trophy and it is not certain that Pep Guardiola will be at Man City forever and I think Man City's glory will end soon because I believe every football team has its own cycle.
if we say about the team in the future that will win the UCL title, Milan definitely deserves to be a candidate to hold the UCL title in the future, but if we say about the team that will win the UCL title in the near future, there are only a few candidates such as Madrid, Munich, Man City and Dortmund.
this is just my opinion and the reason I say this is because some of the teams I mentioned currently have more quality players with great experience in the past even though Liverpool is also worthy of being a candidate, but after Klopp left Liverpool I doubted that team.
and for Man City, Guardiola will not always be with Man City, but if Guardiola continues to provide positive results in every season, it is possible that he will continue to be permanent as Man City coach and looking at Guardiola current comfort, he feels that he is very suitable for Man City in the long term.
but whatever happens, whether anyone will win the UCL title in the future, I still believe Madrid will always be the strongest candidate every season and if Madrid can always retain key players, in the long term Madrid achievements will be even greater in the UCL competition.
