Of course Villarreal prepared this match well because even Villarreal lost in the previous match in La Liga while the opponent was Alaves. At least it proves, that Villarreal will still target to win in this second leg to qualify for the final. But unfortunately, I personally still don't believe Villarreal to qualify, but if the result is a draw or maybe can win only by one goal it could happen for Villarreal. But to qualify for the final, I personally don't believe Villarreal will be able to make a surprise like that because Liverpool will not waste this good opportunity to qualify for the final because then Liverpool will have hope for a high achievement.

I don't think, Villarreal can lock out Liverpool from this semi final because Liverpool has locked out many strong teams from this tournament that is giving people more confidence that the match will end for the favour of Liverpool. I also think the same. but I myself did not expect Villareal to get this far. so I can't underestimate it. although in the end I still predict victory for Liverpool. because it is in terms of the quality of players and games. Liverpool is above Villareal.
and i guess villareal will force themselves to attack more than defend. because their defensive strategy has been overcome by Liverpool in the previous game.
I think any other outcome of tonight's game would really be a big surprise because Liverpool is a much better team.

Well, that's the nature of football as we've observed since the Covid-19 pandemic as, anything could be very much expected if a game until the referee gets to blow the final whistle but, I'm not having that conviction about today's game anyway. Everything has been decided in the first leg and Villarreal very much lost out. Same strategy Villarreal used in against Bayern Munich is what will be used against them today. I'm not expecting Liverpool to win the game but a draw would be in other to securing there place in the UCL finals. A 2 goals aggregate was so much on the parts of Villarreal and against a team that is sure to return goals scored in a game. Real to qualify and Real to just win tonight are slightly similar odds, so I'd say the value is still with an outright win at 35/10... since any other result means they don't make it to the final.

I think that if Villareal does not manage to score a goal withing the first 45 minutes then Liverpool will definitely go through to the final. If Villareal manages to score though than i think even a strong team like Liverpool would get nervous if it is still 1-0 (1-2 in total) after 75 minutes or something. That being said though i don't see a reason why Liverpool should not be the team that tries to control and dominate the game even in the second leg and at the home stadium of Villareal. They definitely will not risk to much or even anything but if Liverpool scores the first goal then they are definitely through.
I also agree that Villarreal has no chance in this confrontation. And it's not about Villarreal or the result of the first leg. The fact is that Liverpool have gained a cruising run this year and no team in the world will be able to stop him ... Except maybe Manchester City, but this can only happen in the final.

I don't think we will witness any great emotions in today's Villarreal-Liverpool game. Losing 0-2 in the first leg theoretically gives the hosts hope to make up for tonight's game, but I think Liverpool are too good a team to let themselves slip in such a game. Confident going into the tie. Don't think Villareal are going to have too much to offer, they'll probably be playing a little more aggressive than the first leg, but that'll probably work to our benefit, and we'll be able to have a more exciting, and open game. Expecting a few goals today, and probably much earlier than we did before.

The latest news from Villareal is 6 players got injured including Raul Albiol and Alberto Moreno which is these players is regular player for Villareal and i think it will have an impact on team performance but for Liverpool they probably will play full team because so far only Firminho cannot play and after seeing this news there is a chance for Liverpool to win this match so for safe bet Liverpool win seems good choice
