Tonight's games should be a walk-over for both Juventus and Chelsea considering they're playing against "not so elite" mid-tier teams in this round. Talking about Chelsea, they just doubled their lead against Lille which should put them in a really good position in this round.
Villarreal 1 - 1 Juventus - just when we thought Juventus are finally getting back on track, this happens.
Tuchel has done a great job in drilling those defenders, although Chelsea have definitely been known throughout the years to be decent in that department.
Bad news for Chelsea at the moment, Ziyech and kovacic are injured, means they won't feature in their cup final game against Klopps side. Chelsea is now leading by two goals, kante of course showing his worth yet again for Pulisic to deliver, they are comfortably ahead now and cam focus on ensuring that they keep a clean sheet. Chelsea are the absolute worst for me in terms of putting them in my accumulators. I actually had Havertz scoring, Chelsea winning, under four goals, and BTTS NO, but I also had the 10 minute result would be a draw. The amount of money Chelsea have cost me this season, and I mean marginally so is absolutely infuriating. Thinking of not including them at all in the future, as they seem to have a personal vendetta against me.

They don't look too dominant right now. Lille has recovered quite well after the early goal conceded. This could end up in a 1-1 or a 2-0 in the last ten minutes plus added time.

Hopefully Villarreal can score a goal. Juventus were lucky to score in the first minute, but on the game, Villarreal look just as good. I think we can expect a draw in this match.
The first half between Juventus against Villarreal and Juventus against Lille has ended. I only watch Juventus games now but not with Chelsea. There are similarities here where both matches are now 1-0 and the goal was scored early in the first half Juventus scored in the first minute and Havertz scored a temporary advantage for Chelsea.
It's very exciting and I think these two teams (Chelsea and Juventus) will indeed win the match even though the second half has just started.

The goal festivities in both games seem to be coming to an end. Certainly at Juventus I expected more after that lightning-fast 1-0 lead. now the music seems a bit off. I wouldn't be surprised if Juventus just want to take this result back to Turin, don't blame them. Villareal is playing too sloppy and has had some opportunities. I expected more at Chelsea when it was 1-0. 1-0 is a dangerous position and certainly no guarantee of qualification.

Good first half, Havertz going wide, dropping in midfield and getting involved in the game. Havertz is exceptional, he moves, he creates a lot of opportunities, he is something else for this guy. What Chelsea need to do now is score more goals. Lille attack is threatening, they haven't just found the right rhythm. The game is precisely good, but they need to check on Renato runs and passes, he is mounting a lot of pressure on Alonso thus causing pressure on Silva. If they managed to equalize before Chelsea scores another, they will probably defend till the end and that's not good. So they need more chances in the second half to seal the game.
Havertz, and Mount are probably Chelsea's best attackers, and not having Mount I think has been detrimental to their play recently, which is quite possibly the reason why they haven't been on the form they were before his injury. Chelsea with both of them back fit, and playing well are definitely a challenger to the competition, as their defense has to be one of the best in euorpe, which I believe is the main factor they're still doing well in the Premier League, and are still competing in the Champions League. Their defense has saved them more than once in this competition. Fast and furious start from Chelsea and a nice goal from Havertz. The player is becoming more and more important for Chelsea as he scores the important goals.
Lille has been a disappointment so far in this match. I don't follow the French league, but the current bad place in the table is also reflected in the performance of this CL game.
I never taught some like this will happen. I had already predicted the match 10mins draw. I was so disappointed to see a very fast goal within 1 minute. I know very well that Villarreal will pay for this early expensive mistake. They may not have the chance to draw the match this night. And bad for them, it is their home.

That was fast, I was just getting ready to watch the game and suddenly I heard the announcers scream of a goal, I could not believe it, if it is not a record at least it should be close as not even a minute had elapsed since the game began, without a doubt Villarreal is in trouble, since that kind of fast goal not only has an effect on the score but on the morale of the team, so while the players of Juventus will be confident knowing they are ahead from a very early stage the opposite will happen to the players of Villarreal. ya.ya.yo!

Everything going smoothly so far in the Champions League with the favorites to qualify further already winning their games.While Chelsea is completely dominating the game as expected even by their odds of 1.3 a completely different story is being played at Villareal stadium with Villareal dictating the game so far and Juventus is let's say somewhat in defense as their ball possession is only 37% right now after almost the first half is coming to an end,I know they have to defend the result but they are risking to let Villareal not only equalize but even win the game if they don't behave differently.

Both matches start in amazing way with Juventus having very early lead and then Chelsea also done same even Villareal is having very good control on ball and match but right now they are still struggling for their first goal which is very frustrating for them because they are very good and have fair chance for having good result at home, but Juventus is playing very good soccer which is giving indication how strong they are now after worst ever start of season.In the early stages of the games one of the teams scored in both matches. Chelsea were hot favourite for this match and their start was also not bad at all, but we can expect some strong resistance from Lille because their record is also very good in European competitions, and we have a good chance from them to do something difference in this match against Chelsea.

Seems Chelsea is quickly having a good start which is something all teams want as this removes pressure off them.
