Latvia are normally a way weaker team than Turkey. But interestingly they have been like an arch rival for Turkey for many years. After all those games they have had against each other this was Turkey's second win against them. It looks like nothing has changed considering how the game ended. Turkey got really lucky in the last moment of the game.

I can't consider this as a good performance by Turkey side despite the win. Because they can have a serious advantage over their opponent when it comes to ball possession but they still have serious issues. They could have finished the job in the first half already. Scoring two goals would have been enough but they couldn't.

90+4 was the minute Latvia made the score 2-2 and it didn't feel like there was a way out left for Turkey. But they somehow scored the winning goal in a minute. Even though they got this win there is a huge need of improvement in their strategies. Otherwise they might lose significant points in an unexpected time which would prevent themselves from making it to Euro 2024.

To be honest, I was very surprised that Turkey had problems with Latvia. The Turks have always played good football and have many good players who play for famous clubs. But now that team must be having a crisis, because it's strange how they've started to have problems with the underdogs.

Norway doesn't have enough fire power to get a win against any team they face, even with the Champions league winners (Erling Haaland) is not even enough. They're winning by a goal but I still feel that the Scottish team can still get back by hitting the ball at the back of the net. Although the both teams have equal strength in terms of marking and all that (IMO), If not for the penalty I don't think Norway would be leading to this point, well with the little time remaining I still feel that Scotland can get a point in this encounter.

Turkey had a difficult match, it seemed that the opponent was not so strong and it should have been an easy match, at the end of the match we had to be nervous when Latvia equalized the score in extra time, but everything ended well for Turkey.

Portugal is a favorite in this match, Ronaldo will once again want to prove to everyone that he is in great shape, and of course he will try to score. Coming back to your home is always a very pleasant experience, and Ronaldo can feel it even more when he is so far away from Europe.

Türkiye won the match with a last minute goal. This is a characteristic feature of the Turkish national team. I wish we played our matches with the same discipline from start to finish. But in general we are far from this understanding.

Armenia against Wales is upset, but it's not that big IMO. After end of Bale era, Wales now is very mediacore tam.
What a game between Turkey and Latvia. Again Latvia proves that they're probably most difficult opponent for Turkey in whole Europe, just look at their h2h results. Latvia made score 2:2 on 94th minute, but just minute later Turkey managed to score and win game. Very painful for Latvia to end game in such way.
A bit unexpected to see Switzerland struggling against Andorra.

Wales losing at home just proves how much of this team was on Bale

Yesterday I certainly enjoyed the game between Northern Macedonia and Ukraine... I didn't expect Ukraine to win after conceding two goals... Macedonia is not a weak team, because of them Italy could not get to the last World Cup... But another match was not less interesting, it was Wales vs Armenia...

The real surprise for me was that Armenia beat Wales 4-2 away. Croatia and Wales seemed to be favourites. Turkey is lucky to beat Armenia because they will play Wales in their next match. If they can also beat Wales, they will be the second closest team to exit the group after Croatia. They were lucky to get 3 points yesterday because they played poorly and Latvia had also found a draw in overtime.

For me, the outcome from the North Macedonia vs Ukraine match was unexpected. I was expecting North Macedonia to win, but despite taking a lead of 2-0 by half-time they went down against Ukraine. Also, the Latvia vs Türkiye match turned out to be a thriller. Latvia scored their second goal in 94th minute to equalize, but one minute later İrfan Kahveci scored the winner for Türkiye.

I was thought something like that, there was no reason to France went all in against Gibraltar in the qualifiers plus it's the end of the season for most players, so no reason to push the limits or try 5+ goals, they easily won 3 x0 without much efforts.
About Switzerland, they are in a higher level than Andora of course, they are used to play in World Cups, but I didn't believe in more than 3 goals in a match like that, I was thinking about 3x0, but it was 2x1, good for me haha


I got both right hehehe, 2 right guesses, the reason I thought about France not making more than 5 goals I explained above.

Türkiye barely beat Latvia. Latvia caught the draw 2 times, but Türkiye scored the last goal again. The last minute and extra time were very competitive. It was good for Türkiye that Wales lost points today as 2 teams will emerge from the group. Because I'm certain that Croatia will advance from the group.
In this type of group matches, it's more important to get 3 points than to play well. Türkiye has achieved this today, the rest is not so important. Everyone knows that the team is not good enough. A better squad should be formed for the matches that will be played next season.

I expected France to have win the match with a wider margin because of how they outclassed their hosts. England on the other defeated Malta with a 4:0 scoreline. It's actually a good day for the European big national teams.

The match between Latvia vs Turkey was quite interesting until the end of the game. In fact, they drew 2 - 2 in the 90+4 minute. Until finally, Kahveci became the winner for Turkey with the final score: Latvia: Turkey was 2 - 3, almost a draw, almost. Yes, even though they are not the favorite clubs, how their competition in this initial match is quite interesting.

What I'm quite surprised about is the match between Denmark and Northern Ireland. I think Denmark can win with more goals. however, Northern Ireland was able to withstand attacks from Denmark after 1 previous goal until the end, without any additional goals.

it is a great fact that england has a strong national team and made up of great players, they have good players in stock, and as expected they won easily, they scored 4 goals and did not concede a single goal and with this victory they are isolated in the top of the table with 9 points, but I find it unbelievable to see Italy with only 3 points in a group where there are weak teams and only England was the only strong one. Franca also won as expected and also mbappe scored a goal as expected, with this victory Franca is on top, but it is strange to see Holland with only 3 points, they are in a great decline, Holland needs to make big changes in the team to become a great team again

What a turn around in the second half by Ukraine and Isreal. But still what a win by Ukraine that was down 2-0 and went to 2-3 in second half. But still a stupid red card by Macedonia that killed them in the end. Also Isreal scored a goal from a corner and that is insane in additional time.
