So yes, I think Manchester United really don't need to play Harry Maguire and/or extend his contract again, because it looks like Harry Maguire really isn't suitable to play at Manchester United. Maybe Erik ten Hag meant to play Harry Maguire so that Manchester United's defense in the second half would remain strong, but what happened was a blunder which would be a regret.
Maguire doesn't have the big name either. Still, United paid an awful lot of money for him a few years ago. It was perhaps sheer bad luck that the ball went in through him and it ended up being 2-2. But it is typical that it happens to him, other players see it less quickly. Malacia is inexperienced, is only his first year in the EPL and still has to get used to the level at times. Sevilla is just too good for that to make such mistakes, although that 1-2 was more luck than wisdom. That ball miraculously went in, normally that ball can never go in of course.
