I can agree on a fact with you here. Roma have really been stronger since De Rossi has started his job there. This is really increasing Roma's chances to stay strong in the Europa League. However I still have question marks in my head. I can't just be confident about them to get past Milan obstacle that easy. Because Milan are also impressive lately.

Roma need to get as much efficiency as possible from their attackers. They have really effective players like Lukaku and Dybala for example. Besides they get a serious goal contribution from Lorenzo Pellegrini in midfield. Dybala is injured though but I think he will recover until the first leg.

There are indeed differences in AS Roma's performance recently or after being coached by De Rossi, but I still see it differently because AC Milan should still be considered a strong team in this competition. Because, however, Milan will also give one hundred percent of their ability in the Europa League quarter-final match this season, so it will present quite an interesting match for their two fans to watch this season. Apart from that, both of them can also prepare themselves for the match because they remember there are still two weeks left.

Since it is two teams from the same domestic league, I don't think that the match will be that tough, because they are used to playing each other and one must be superior over the other. I don't think that it would be a difficult match for Milan to win Roma, because Milan is strong and can face the worst that Roma will bring to them.

Milan has been consistent lately, that was why they were able to be on the second position, overtaking Juventus. I must say that Milan is in their best form, only if the will decline in performance due to the international break, if there is any injured player in their first eleven.

I don't see AC Milan being unstable lately, and in their five matches in all competitions the result is always a win and they always score more than two goals in every match and that's cool, including when playing at home against AS Roma.
And even though under De Rossi's guidance AS Roma looked different and got better, I don't think AS Roma will easily beat AC Milan at home. But what is certain is that this will be an interesting match and both of them will play very well and are serious about qualifying for the next round.

I don't think Leverkusen can do anything better again through out this season, because I didn't have hope for them that they going to win this competition this season even though that in their previous matches they played perfectly that doesn't given them hope that they're going to win this competition. my only hope os for Liverpool I don't care that they got lose two of their matches, I'm still aspecting them to turn out of their good improvement so that they can able to dominate the competition.
That's was before that Liverpool performance was so poorly not now that Liverpool have improved their performance, even before they way Liverpool was scored so many goals everybody was so proud of them and even their performance was impressive so many peoples. I have confident that Liverpool can defeat any team they meet with easily, and since their next match is against Atalanta I have full hope that they won't find the match so difficult I'm aspecting them to bring out a positive results against Atalanta.

Leverkusen's quality is quite impressive and what they have shown so far is not a coincidence but all because of the quality and consistency they have and have been able to maintain until now.
However, what must be remembered is that the Europa League is not easy for any team to conquer, even though they have good quality and consistency in domestic competitions, many surprises will happen in the Europa League and this has happened in previous seasons.

Against Atalanta it should be easy for Liverpool because if you look at the strengths of these two teams there are quite significant differences this season, but Liverpool's focus must now be divided because they are also competing closely in the race for the Premier League title which makes this match also a little difficult for them. and even allow for surprises.

I cannot confirm that Milan was stronger when they met AS Roma in this competition because AS Roma under De Rossi is really different now. They have been more convincing so far in every match I have watched in two different competitions.

In fact, these two Serie A teams will beat each other in the quarter-finals to qualify for the semifinals.
AC Milan has not been stable lately.

The Europa League quarterfinal match is like an ordinary Serie A match because it brings together two big teams from Italy, but I think it will actually be a special attraction for us not to miss the match, currently AC Milan does dominate the victory over Roma in Serie A, but believe me it will not apply in the quarterfinal match later because indeed both teams have greater motivation to be able to Go as far as possible in the race for the Europa League trophy title this season.

So far the development of Serie A football has increased dramatically where we no longer see teams that score goals and try to defend, now Serie A also begins to enter the era of modern football where coaches no longer often apply slow play and focus on defense, AC Milan and Roma so far have much in common with the way they play openly,  So I think later we will tend to see both teams will attack each other to be able to score as many goals as possible at home, if you say the game of the Serie A team is getting boring of course you are wrong guys, because after all we can see the history of Milan, Juventus and Intermilan in providing strong enough resistance when they play in European competitions so far.

The EPL is competitive too and so focus should be put in it but the UEL trophy to me would actually have more worth than the EPL. The UEL journey may not necessarily be stressful for them as Liverpool tends to be better than the teams in the tournament, their tough counterpart will definitely be Leverkusen because they've had more or less same domestic league results as Liverpool and the team is everly eager to strive to win games and they're aiming for the trophy. It's good that the both of them are in the same condition and then also have the same goal and target in the domestic and continental tournaments too.

  I believe that Liverpool has everything it takes to be champions in this season's UEL, their only challenge may be Leverkusen though but they're definitely up for a competitive game. They've got the players and skills with both teams having the same goal and vision ahead of the competitions too. They're the two strongest and toughest team in the contest and I won't be surprised if they conquer all their opponents till the final stage.

 In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from.

 The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture, the highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.  

Are you referring to their recent draw results? I wonder if a change of motivation will change how they play in the Europa League. I believe I see a lot of comments that suggest a team like Atalanta who probably doesn't have a good shot at the Champions League or winning their domestic league would rather focus on cup competitions or the Europa League. They did manage to win against Liverpool in the past, didn't they? But it is hard to tell if that happens because they become more clinical or other factors affect them. At the end of the day, the recent break is one of the best chances for the coaching team to find a suitable game plan to win against Liverpool.

Bayer Leverkusen in this season giving record-breaking performance and things are well under control for them even still this is not guaranteed about their win in this title, but they already make their mark and bringing themselves to this point which was not expected after their last season start Xabi Alonso and his players currently in limelight with no doubt they struggle against Qarabağ but at the end they were able to defeat them and having progress into next round.

Liverpool is currently at his best, and they are playing against strong teams with their performance is also at the peak which is giving them good advantage for the title race, and it's surely not easy to face them at any level now their next challenge is Atlanta which was doing good in Serie A but sadly in last few games they are struggling and have not good time which is surely creating some doubts about their progress in this event.

In recent years when has an Italian league match between two top Italian teams ever been boring?
Last season in the Champions League, Milan played Napoli in the quarter-finals, neither of the fixtures were boring matches. Then Milan qualified and played Inter in the final, it was not also boring.
I don't believe a match between Milan and Roma will be boring. They're two very attacking teams that are set up properly.

Italian teams are not as defensive as they used to be in the past. Now they're playing more attacking football. They're just set up in a way that they attack together and defend together, that's why they are difficult to score.
With the way Milan and Roma play, there may not be too many goals in the match, but that match would be far from boring.

Roma's performance has improved since Danielle De Rossi took over as manager, they have only lost two of their previous ten games, but this is not enough to trust their performance at this time. Milan and Roma's last two meetings were not good for Roma because Ac Milan defeated Roma this season both at home and away. Ac Milan's last games showed that they are in better form than Roma, and their last two meetings demonstrated that Roma will be unable to compete with Ac Milan in their next Europa game. Though Roma qualified for the quarterfinals after having a chances to scored plenty goals against Brighton in their first leg.

Paul Dybala missed their last game against Sassuolo, while Roma struggled to win, I believe De Rossi should hope that Dybala will return before their next meeting against AC Milan, as he is the only player capable of scoring many goals for them. Ac Milan will host the first leg, I believe their aim is to score as many goals as they did against Sparta Prague. If Roma concedes many goals in their first leg, Ac Milan will have an advantage in qualifying because they will not win the second leg.

Milan - Roma is really a matchup that we have seen thousands of times so far. Each one of them knows their opponent very well so we wouldn't see a process like weighing each other during a match. It is really not easy to predict the winner of this one also.    Because Roma are playing way better with De Rossi now.

Even though Milan are favoured I think it would be sensible to give Roma a chance here. I know Milan defeated them twice in the Serie A this season but there wasn't De Rossi those times.

My doubt here is Roma's not being solid in big matches with De Rossi in the Serie A yet. The point losses against Inter and Fiorentina make me think about if they would be eliminated by Milan also because of that.

Where do you get the idea that Italian teams pay little attention to attack in the playoffs? Milan scored a total of 7 goals in two matches with Prague, 4 goals in the first match and 3 goals in the second match. Roma scored 4 goals in the first match, and it is clear that the strategy for the return match was simply to maintain the winning score. So, the attack of these teams is all right, when Mourinier was a coach, Roma would definitely play from defense, and with De Rossi, Roma became an attacking team, especially since their attacking potential allows them to be such a team.

My opinion is that Milan is probably stronger if we compare these two teams, but this is the playoffs, and Roma has a chance to resist such an opponent, since the matches with Prague showed that Milan’s defense is not so ideal.

Italian clubs don't play much attacking and they are more carefully and pay more focus on their defense in knock out matches. These matches between AC Milan and AS Roma only can become attacking if Roma proactively play attacking and score goals first. Then AC Milan will have nothing to lose and have to accept more risk, change to play attacking too.

If De Rossi lets Roma play defensively, AC Milan will not too hurry for chasing goals and they won't play attacking aggressively because they see dangerous counter attacks from Roma. Dybala is injured and Roma needs his returns for two quarter final matches against AC Milan. Without Dybala, attacking power of Roma will drop considerably.

I also believe in most chances we are going to have this match as boring because both top Serie A sides understand each other and their tactics which are going to have not good action in these both leg games hopefully we will have qualifier will be gone into next round through penalties or extra time or if we have any advantage for the AC Milan in first leg game then surely this could be interesting because they are doing good even now Roma is also having much better performance which is allowing them for having good success and chance for the qualification but still things are looking not interested and most of the fans are expecting this match is going to be one of the most bore games in this round.

Yes, you are right about AC Milan and Roma, and I agree with you. Based on the way the two teams are currently playing, I don't even think Roma has a chance to win the match. While Roma has good players, their play hasn't been particularly strong even in their home league of serie A. Although games always change and it's possible that Roma will outperform Milan in the match, that will be extremely difficult for Roma given their poor season-long performance. As a result, I believe Roma will not perform as they would like in the Champions League. Instead, Roma will play in the Europa League the following season.

When Roma hired a new coach, I thought they would perform well and be in a good position to play in the Champions League because of how well they performed under the previous coach. However, after a few days, their performance deteriorated. As I have previously stated, sometimes players are to blame for a team's poor performance rather than just the coach because sometimes players are out of form and cannot even play well.

Maybe before De Rossi came to Roma I would have thought that Roma was not comparable to AC Milan. But after De Rossi arrived, I think the game shown by AS Roma was no less good than Milan. It could even be said that AS Roma's attack line has become sharper at this time. So I think Milan actually have to be alert when they face Roma. Because even though Milan does have a fairly strong defense. but we also have to see that Milan's defense sometimes has gaps in several other matches. It's just that the attacks that Milan always build can actually be more dangerous than the attacks built by Rome. I think the match will be quite fierce. And maybe will create more than 2 goals in this one match. And both teams will probably score.

First leg is going to be vital for the both sides with AC Milan also improved their performance in last few weeks which is good sign for them and with this improvement we can expect they could be big threat for the hot favourite teams in coming matches but for the next round game they are going to host AS Roma which is currently having impressive run have never won any game at the San Siro which is surely advantage for the AC Milan which needs to hold them with some good difference of goals because this could be give them good advantage for the second leg game which will be played at the Roma.

Until now, we have impressive strategy and performance from the De Rossi, and he surely deserved praise for this all with now in case of lost surely it's not all about his failure with he was at his best and bringing changes like these surely never been easy in quick time.
