There's definitely no challenge for Liverpool till they reach the final stage, everything have been easy and smooth for them because they've enchanced the performance of the club. Liverpool thrashed Sparta Prague 6-1 and it was a comfortable dominative game for them. They had no challenge but focused on the main winning and grabbed it. Liverpool are favorite to win the Europa League trophy because they're promising elite team that's in possession of elite performance, it's been a long run for the Reds this season.

When it comes to the Liverpool - Atalanta matchup first of all I respect the work Atalanta have done so far. However Atalanta are quite the underdog. If we see Liverpool playing with the same ambition they had against Sparta Prague then Atalanta's chance to reach the semi finals would be really low. Even if they don't lose by big goal gaps it would be quite difficult.

These two teams actually played against each other in the Champions League a few seasons ago. It was in the group stage and each one of them won once. But especially Liverpool's win was like a destruction by 5-0. This makes me wonder if we see a similar result here too.

What I really like about Leverkusen is being consistent in remaining undefeated and only getting a bad result of a draw and that is why I at UEL really hope that this club will be the UEL title holder this season because from very high consistency a club will still have a big chance to win reached the final with a win at the end of the match even though Liverpool had the advantage over Mohamed Salah but if you compare the performance of these two clubs Leverkusen is better than Liverpool but in terms of player quality Liverpool is far superior to Leverkusen.
Roma and Milan do have clear goals at the moment but I'm not sure whether they can continue to reach the final round when in the top 8 or semi-finals they meet one of the strongest clubs, they will definitely be eliminated.

You are right. 1st vs 3rd and 2nd vs 4th teams will face each other. And so if Liverpool can beat Atalanta they will face either Benfica or Marseille. Marseille are not in good form right now. If Leverkusen wins against West Ham, they  will face either Milan or Roma in the semi-finals. Both teams are very strong, and their aim this season is to win the Europa League title.
