I agree with you. Play-off matches are very unpredictable. Sometimes some strong teams do not play with their main squad. There are even some seeded teams that get results that are beyond expectations. It is like the Lugano vs Besiktas match. Besiktas were highly favored in that match but beyond expectations the match ended in a draw after Besiktas won 3-1. Some strong teams that have won in the first leg did not play their first squad in the second leg because of the huge level difference. I think it is difficult to make a choice in play-off matches.

It is too risky to bet on a match of this class, the performance of teams like Molde and Elfsborg is very difficult to predict, the proof is that you just lost a bet, luckily you didn't bet a large amount. I don't take too many risks in this qualifying round, there were so many surprises in the matches, except for the matches Ajax vs Bialystok, Plzen vs Hearts and Braga vs Rapid Wien. These teams can overcome their opponents because of their different qualities. The new format that removes relegation to the Conference League means teams will have to battle through the qualifying rounds to make it to the main draw, so it's no surprise there are a few surprises at this stage.
There are always surprises in qualifying rounds like this, especially when the match is played over 2 legs, so one of them will likely play it safe and respond in the second leg later. This is something we often see, including in the European League itself. Moreover, in making parlay bets, it will be something that will be difficult to win because there are several matches that we must win. There are several teams that are at different levels, so matches like that will be easier to predict than teams at the same level. Even in some cases, teams that are at a better level and are favorites actually have to suffer defeat when facing teams that are not favored more than them.

I guess many people's bet lost because of Molde last night. It is the same for me also. Braga, Ajax and Plzen all won but Molde disappointed me... I should have been more careful with my choice but I didn't bet a high amount at least.

It is really more difficult to predict teams in qualification round. They don't make me surprised this much in group stage. Probably Molde will win next time but I won't place a bet on their win this time.  Tongue

As you know there is no relegation to the Conference League in this new format. It is more possible to predict the winner of the competition earlier. Do you have any favourites in your mind?

Luckily I didn't bet on Molde's win to be included in my parlay bet because I have a strong feeling that this club is still doubtful even though they are playing at their home base I bet Double Chance even though it has smaller odds but minimal risk.
Elfsborg also cannot be underestimated, it is also a good club in this qualifying round, we should not expect too much victory for just one club because we are still quite unfamiliar with their appearance.

I think Molde seems to have no hope of qualifying for the Europa League because in the second leg the challenge will be more difficult, they will play at Elfsborg's home base, this club will definitely not give Molde the opportunity to create opportunities like before.

Chelsea secured an impressive 2-0 win over Servette in the Europa Conference League. The game saw a strong attack between the two teams before half time when the game was tied. But after halftime, Chelsea team played superbly and with strong attack they scored the opposition team ahead. As Chelsea is a strong team, they played aggressive game against the opposition which led to victory. Anyway this match saw Chelsea team play their best before we saw them lose earlier in the season but this match they got a great win.
Yes, Chelsea prevailed, at least for now, it's a long league but I do not see the Blues doing so well in this tournament. Though the EPL just started Chelsea has started disappointing, seeing them at 17th position is still not convincing regardless of what anyone would say. Notwithstanding, it was a good display at the UEFA Conference League on Thursday from every angle you can picture it from. The first half was tough but the second half was a better one. The club they played with matters too as Servette FC is not so strong, not to mention that the top clubs in some other leagues might still be weaker than the lower clubs in the EPL.

Somehow I don't really like Anderlecht's victory and even though they won the first leg away, unfortunately they couldn't score more goals. In fact, they should have been able to do that and it wasn't something difficult for them. I understand if they have the opportunity to win the match again in the second leg but I doubt whether they can secure the aggregate advantage at home or there will be carelessness that will make them unable to qualify for the next round of the Europa League.

FC Dinamo Minsk is a tough opponent and even though they lost in terms of ball possession, if you look at the goal attempts and other statistics, they are very superior. This must be a greater alertness for Anderlecht because this club from Belarus will appear all out as long as there is still hope.

When we do it with multi bets, then it will be difficult to win compared to single bets. I have felt many defeats because I was thwarted by just 1 match.  Grin The odds offered are indeed tempting, but it will also be more difficult to win. Lol
The qualifying round is difficult to predict, because most of those who meet also rarely have a long meeting record, especially if they are in the qualifying round for the first time, I mean they have only just made it to the European League and even then they have to go through the qualifying round. Apart from that, changes in strength or performance from each club will also have an effect. Not only in the qualifying round, but at the beginning of the league it is usually difficult to predict.
Predicting multi bets has never been easy and its even more difficult when it ahs to do with teams in a tournament in a qualifying round trying to battle their way pass their current stage , the Europa sometimes can really be difficult to predict and now the new format may even add to the difficulty in accurately predicting because these teams are going to play with almost everything they have got knowing they are goin to miss it all out if they miss out in this round since they wouldn't be relegating to the conference league like before. Another disturbing factor for me is the fact that its mostly average teams who has got their strength equating on almost same level making it even more difficult to perfectly ascertaining their chances to win their games except you are making predictions on other factors.

Unfortunately, making predictions gets more and more difficult each time, I am sorry you lost your bet, there will be time to get your satisfaction back, we have so many games to bet on. As for a favourite team I think the pretenders could be Roma, Manchester united and Porto

As for the matches yesterday, I was really impressed with Ajax football. Many people doubted them before it started. They were right about it too because you know how hard their days have been for a long while.  Sad  But we saw a determined team there finishing the work early. They are still not in great shape in general but they are on the way to get better.

I really loved watching Lugano v Beşiktaş. It must be the match with the most goals of the night if I'm not wrong. Beşiktaş are a team in my country and I would like them to qualify for the main phase.
To be fair Ajax matched up with a much easier opponent this time and that is why they were capable of winning this easily, Ajax isn't that bad, but the fact that they had a harder opponent last time and easier this time it's making things a lot harder for them because everyone ended up considering the situation to be not that great.

This should be normally the opposite, you should meet with more difficult opponents the more you go further which is why gamblers got confused, they bet on them to win last time, and because of last time they had doubts about them this time, it's normal to see something like that. In the end, I still think that Ajax will be in the group stages, it's clear that they deserve it and they really need it.

I also wagered on Braga to win, which was a great game and I am so glad that they got it, looked like they may get a draw for a while but they managed to get the win, Tel Aviv was another one but that was an easy game and they got it right away, never felt like they would lose. Only loss came with Molde, I believed that they would win but that did not happen which is sad but I hope that it gets to be a lot better, they really have what it takes to go further.

Jagiellonia Białystok 1 vs 4 Ajax Amsterdam

Seems easily for Ajax Amsterdam get qualify to UEFA Europe League season 2024/25 after securing the first leg match result above three margin goals and being draw or loss under two goals on second leg will get one ticket for next season.
Not get difficult match for Ajax Amsterdam against Polish Professional club after success bigger winning score over 1-4. Chuba Akpom made brilliant performance after success making hattrick and Jagiellonia Białystok just have one capital goals for second leg match will away to Ajax Amsterdam.

The second leg match will play on Friday 30 August and Ajax Amsterdam seems easily for securing the winning aggregate goal, seems being draw is more enough although Ajax won't get loss and give the winning result when playing in front of their fans.
A 4-1 win in the play-off round was enough capital for ajax to secure a ticket and in the second leg which will be held in the amsterdam arena I am sure jagiellonia no longer has the opportunity to catch up with a large goal difference ajax amsterdam is running smoothly I am sure the ticket will soon enter ajax's pocket. by the way in yesterday's match I was quite impressed with the game displayed by f.farioli's team, they were so solid on the field and the 4 goals scored by ajax amsterdam showed the weakness of jagiellonia's defense I think in the second leg ajax will win again
Ajax is already at a safe point, a 3-goal deficit will make it difficult for Jagiellonia to turn things around, especially since the second leg will be held at Ajax headquarters. The journey of the Polish representative is predictable, they will most likely be eliminated, I think it will take a miracle for Jagiellonia to be able to beat Ajax in the next match. In addition, although this victory looks promising, Ajax must work harder in the future to be able to go further in the Europa League. We remember Ajax experienced significant ups and downs in performance last season, and in fact the Eredivisie representative has not been completely stable in every competition.

As we can see, in the Eredivisie Ajax has not found the consistency expected, because in the two matches that have been played, they have experienced one defeat and one victory. Next Ajax will face Feyenoord, if they manage to maintain exactly the same performance as against Jagiellonia, I think Ajax can avoid defeat. On paper Feyenoord looks more consistent than Ajax, where they are unbeaten in the Eredivisie so far. I think Ajax strength will be tested in that match, and it is a big match in the Eredivisie.

2-0 versus Servette in the Europa Conference League, Chelsea at last had a victory. Though Servette got slaughtered 6-0 by Basel, it's not the Champions League; yet, a win counts. This season Chelsea has been a shambles. Though minor, this triumph demonstrates their ability to put things together. Chelsea was clinical but Servette had more shots. Experience like this gets you something

This marks a beginning but does not solve their Premier League problems. Chelsea has quality, but they also have to play smart rather than merely hard. They must govern the game, not only pursue it. This triumph offers a sliver of optimism. If they can build on this, perhaps just maybe they can rescue something from this season
If we talk about Chelsea in the Europa Conference League games, no team should even defeat Chelsea, and Therefore I'm not even commending Chelsea yet for winning that match and Servette in quote isn't that a strong opponent team side to talk about, and until I begin to see consistent performance in their wining of games both their home and away games, that's when I'm going to admit that Chelsea football team has taken a new shape; However, it was a good for the Blues last night.

Big W for Ajax!
I think this is one of the perfect results from all the matches presented last night and Ajax looks increasingly confident to get through this phase without any problems. They silenced the hosts with a non-stop rain of goals and honestly Jagiellonia is not at the level to be able to stop the creativity of Ajax's attacks.
Chuba Akpom will be the star of this competition and the hat-trick he scored could have a good impact on the continuation of his career. Maybe he is not a young player but he is old enough to be in one of the biggest European competitions and I hope his consistency in scoring winning goals for Ajax will continue. The second leg might be the safest place for Ajax but I think a draw is still quite doubtful and at least Ajax must win again even if only by a score of 1-0. Smiley

Jagiellonia was never that big of a competition for Ajax. We know how Ajax are, they have been very consistent throughout their time. Last few seasons they directly played UCL, but it's not an issue even if they have to play for a spot in the playoffs, they have shown how good they are in the thrashing away win.

4-1 on the first away leg is very impressive, and this just warns Jagiellonia, that in the home game, they might even get a bigger thrashing.
If Jagiellonia doesn't do their math while facing Ajax in the 2nd leg, Johan Cruyff Arena will be filled with goals coming from the Ajax boys.

This was definitely one of the most stressful games I have seen in a long long time. There has been over 15 penalty shots, and it ended with 13-12 result as well, that is just insane when you think about it, when was the last time you have seen 15+ penalties? I mean most often it ends within the first five usually but even if not, that goes to like maybe 7 or 8 at most and nothing more. Whereas we are looking at the current situation and can say that this was the highest I watched live as far as I can remember.

Ajax finally got it though, they really needed this win because it looks like they are still struggling to build that squad back up, they sold bunch of great players but then never rebuild it properly and this season might help them if they do fine here.

Yes of course it was essential, because I have never seen a match full of so many penalties. But it was a very good and experienced match where every player was ready to show his performance, who can shoot the penalty with full experience. This season has been the most record-breaking game we've seen, but I don't know if we'll ever see a match like this again in the future.

It started with Panathinaikos being able to score a late goal in the 89th minute, so that the aggregate became 1-1 and the match had to go into extra time until a penalty shootout. It was a very interesting and tiring match for both clubs, because in the midst of their fatigue they had to play throughout the match they also had to prepare mentally to kick penalties. This is not easy, because penalties have a 50/50 chance and that too must have a very strong mentality. Ajax is still lucky in my opinion because they managed to win the match.

Both clubs played well in their match, it seemed that Panathinaikos did not want to lose just like that and at the same time Ajax also had problems with their concentration in the final minutes of the second half so they had to play longer even though they were finally able to win. Obviously an interesting match like this is what we always hope to watch, hopefully it will happen a lot in the Europa League this season.

We saw rare matches like that. We saw penalties in the end and we saw result of this match and result was in the favour of Ajax and Did 13 goals in comparison of 12 goals of Panathinaikos football team .  That match was tough for both teams and both teams gave their all effort to win this match . Only Tetê was successful to do goal for his team and after that no team could do any goal but all teams tried well to do next goal. Match was decided on penalties and Did brilliant in penalties and won after tough match . The passes of Ajax team were more in number and  these were 636 and and possession percentage of Ajax was also good and their shots were on target and they became successful eventually.

I really loved watching Lugano v Beşiktaş. It must be the match with the most goals of the night if I'm not wrong. Beşiktaş are a team in my country and I would like them to qualify for the main phase.

The reason why many people still doubt Ajax is because of their performance the previous season, they didn't impress their fans and are supposes to be playing in the Champions League instead of competing for a spot in the Europa, but Circumstances have made it so and fans have to accept their fate and back their team to get back to their previous form as league giants, we've seen big teams lose form and fall from the top four and are trying to get back to glory days, let's take Manchester United for example, they were the giants of the Premier League, they never missed the top four post Ferguson era but currently they're on an open heart surgery (according to  one of their previous coaches Ralf Rangnick) and I believe this season should be great for them. Ajax have to emulate that and get back to being the top team in the Eredivisie league, their opening game might not have been what fans expected but they need patience and full support for the team to get better, I didn't watch the match between Lugano vs Beşiktaş but from the scoreline I think the match must have been very interesting. Anyways, goodluck to you country side team Beşiktaş.

Here the Chelsea team came into the field in full control, as their players were experienced, they won without creating pressure. But the opposite team could not bear it even though they were on the attack but could not succeed, the luck of the Chelsea team is very good at the beginning of this season as they are winning consecutively. But I expected more goals in this match but the match ended 2-0 and Chelsea team won.

Chelsea are competing in the Conference League mate, not in the Europa League. But I presume that you didn't see the related topic and wanted to make the post here.  Smiley

Manchester United could have been a top team in the Europa League if Alex Ferguson was still the coach, but the situation is very different, Manchester United are still struggling to find their best form. As happened last season, initially Liverpool were highly favored to win the UEL trophy, but what happened was, they were surprisingly destroyed by Atalanta.
Surprises always come in football, big teams are not always able to win trophies, and so it is with Manchester United in the Europa League. Manchester United qualification to the Europa League through a special route after winning the FA Cup must be utilized by Ten Hag, this is a valuable opportunity for Ten Hag to prove his quality, if he still fails, perhaps Manchester United management will look for another coach to replace his position.
The present is certainly very different from the time when Alex Ferguson was still coaching Manchester United who even had a better chance of qualifying for the Champions League directly instead of the Europa League. However, that has become history that does not need to be reminded again even though it is a very sweet history for Manchester United and also for the fans of the Manchester United team itself. Because for now Manchester United must be able to take advantage of its golden opportunity by being in the Europa League because if Manchester United is able to win the trophy in the Europa League this season, of course there will be many congratulations to the team and also to Ten Hag who is still the team's coach at this time.
