By having Tuchel alongside of them, Chelsea are playing way better than before. Maybe they couldn't get the EPL title with Tuchel yet but maybe it will also happen in the future. They won the CL and the Super Cup title consecutively.

Everything boils down to their performance. Judging based on the supercup trophy I will say they are a bit prepared for the session although a little more work has to be done based on the line-ups and substitutes. I was expecting a more professional game from Villarreal but all I got was a team who only managed to keep the game going. After the equalizing goal I was expecting more goals but it was too obvious Villarreal wasn't prepared for the trophy at all
