Bispings face doesn't look like he won the fight but the judges give him the nod. Respect to Hendo for giving his all for hisnlast fight but it could have been a better one if he won this match. I was waiting for a knock down but Bisping came prepared I guess.

Yes. That shows that Bisping has to shut his mouth when trying to make comments about Dan Henderson. Bisping's pride is still not restored after 2 fights with him. Also consider the fact that he was fighting a 46 year old man. That made him look less of a champion in my view. There was also an article written in the news that Bisping had to go to the hospital after the fight. He could not go and join the post fight conference.

It's a shame if Bisping lost that fight since it his hometown but Hendo is kinda right if its going to be based on who's face is more smashed then Hendo won the fight hands down but this is not a beauty contest. Judges may have seen something that us spectators dont consider as a point for Bisping.

What a great main event! Credit to both Bisping and Henderson, as they gave it their all, and produced one of the better championship fights of the year. Henderson showed that he still has the power to KO anyone in the division, despite his old age, and Bisping showed that he has great heart to survive knockdowns and can come back to win the fight. I thought that it was a good decision with Bisping winning the later rounds to get a close decision win, but he will be the underdog in upcoming championship fights against the top of the UFC middleweight division (Weidman, Romero, Souza).

Henderson is a great fighter but at the age of 49 I'm not surprised to see Bisping win. It's time for Henderson to retire but he can be proud of his long career.

He should definitely retire. I'm almost 40 now and I feel sore after a round of golf
let alone trying to fight someone in a cage lol.

At age 46 Dan Henderson still showed us he can still fight. Michael Bisping should be embarrassed for taking on a fight with an old man. Grin

As for Henderson's right hand power it is still there but it is not like it was used to years ago. The "H-Bomb" is not as strong anymore. If it was Bisping would have been knocked out again.

in my opinion the H bomb is still strong and can knock anyone out,but Bisping was better conditioned and prepared for the battle and the mental toughness he showcased is outstanding, and Bisping usually performs really well in his home country

Dan Henderson is 46 years of age and not 49 Grin and he has announced his retirement from MMA,Dan is already a legend in the sport but i wanted him to win the championship before retirement, what ever it is it was a wonderful match and Bisping showed his toughness while taking his punches.

Dan henderson and michael bisping fought a classic slug fest and michael bisping came out victorious in the end, michael bisping is one tough fighter who refuses to loose in front of his home crowd as expected Gegard Mousasi defeated vitor belford but the surprise for me was Jimi Manuwa defeating Ovince Saint Preux ,i am yet to watch all the match but it looks like it was a good card for the British audience.

Meh.  I lost my bet but at least Hendo put up a decent fight.  The evidence is in Bisping's face.  I'm satisfied with how the fight went considering the bet I made lost.

I would bet on old boy Dan in this one. If 46 year old Dan Henderson beats Bisping it would mean that he really is not doing this for money alone.
It is wide known that Dan's a legend it would be huge waste if would end his career with a loss.

For sure.  Henderson is fighting for his legacy, this is not like the other fights where he just cashes his check.  I would expect that in paper Bisping has the edge but when that fight begins I think it will be a different story.  Henderson wants this more than Bisping does.  And Bisping could still have his doubts vs Henderson despite what he says regarding his confidence coming in this fight.
Henderson is a legend of the sport ,you cannot say that one person wants to win the fight more than the other person, this is a contact sport and anything can happen on any given day, remember Bisping wanted this fight against Henderson and so both will be equally prepared for the fight and the mental toughness will decide who will be winning the match.

hendo and belfort for the upsets!

gerard musashi is a high level fighter and Belfort does have the power to finish any fight at any given situation, but i expect Gerard musashi and Bisping to win the match.

Bisping will take this, he is a man in form & after finally becoming a champion he will not be defeated just yet.

I expect a KO before the 4th round.

What the hell! Hendo is still fighting? I felt bad for him. Hopefully he won't get hurt. He is old already and deserves to just enjoy his hard work.
lol this is a contrast match , everyone around the world know what the result will be.

Hey guys here's a couple of videos to start making us excited for the event!  I'm really looking forward on watching Hendo and Bisping fight again.  Although I think this will be a close fight, I have a feeling that Hendo could get one lucky hit...  again.
