Yeah, we are aware of the situation. There is a flaw in the diff adjustment algorithm that is being exploited by multipools but we will fix it.

Clear instalation wallet 0.9.0 is not synchronized. There is not a single connection. Just say that I have the Internet is not through the proxy.

The block size is the same regardless of difficulty. More miners mean higher difficulty thus harder to find a block. There will be another block halving on the other hand soon.
