I decided to go with the 'Draw No Bet' instead of 'To Advance' for one reason: Odds for both are very, very similar, but since the penalties are lottery it's much better to go with 'No Bet' part if the team you back doesn't finish the job in 90 minutes. That way you get almost the same odds with much less risk. So in this parlay are mine choices:

Costa Rica were a big shock to be in the QF, not because they beat Greece, but just by getting out of their group. I think they were 60/1 to win that group before the world cup, massive shock.

Tough world cup so far for the gamblers, but other than Costa Rica being in the QF, it's not too unexpected to see the teams that are left.
It is not unexpected to see that 8 remaining teams, but I definitely didn't expect to watch "extra time" for 5 of the last 8 knockout matches.
