That's like asking whether shit or piss is better.
Never been to the UK but for size of the country with such a small population and what they accomplished in ages gone. It goes without saying the UK are easily the best in many many fields. To many to name. But, both countries have been infiltrated and are controlled by the same greedy people anyway.
my choose is USA why ? i have been there and my idea is their life is easy and american people are relax realy i liked there , i havent been UK but my friend was there and they said not good things for example hight tax and people not so kind for foreigne.
USA because of weed laws in some states are great.
