if you talk about the investor's side then honestly the investors are not too interested anymore in any of the projects, they have read and know the key cryptocurrency strategy is only in bitcoin, they only prefer to buy as much bitcoin as they can rather than investing in a project that has a high risk and there is no guarantee whatsoever.

I don't know anything about Breezecoin and for the fact that many Real Estate  are scam I makes it harder to trust new ones, i know two Real Estate projects that have been doing very well since 2018

1. Elysia
2. Chellecoin

To run a real Real Estate project isn't so easy as many think, many fake projects use fake properties and house buildings to fool investors, unlike Chellecoin that are buying their own properties with large amount of millions and the get enough proof that this project isnt a joke.

I've seen it and it make sense you red the word when you write this comment. Most all your comment only about Breezcoin, right? Seem like You know everything about this project.

Honestly, there is no proof that you can't show here, do ou have an evidence so as I/all user on this forum can trust it? And it will be good as well because many user in this forum will make a coution for this project.

Very true, Real Estate projects hardly survive in crypto space, back in 2018 many Real Estate projects came into crypto space and now they are all dead, Real Estate use case shouldn't be that hard to survive in crypto space but I guess they are all scammers projects, the only Real Estate project I have in my portfolio is Chellecoin, till date they are very active and teams keep buying their very own housings, be careful people, open your eye very well

Just because it is listed on bithhumb does not connote legit, this two are apart, although it shows some level of seriousness from the team, like you said,  most real estate project never get listed and few that those usually end up in this likes of latoken etc,
Who knows maybe this project will be the first real estate I know that will utilize the token respectively.

Hm sounds interesting, this is actually the first time I'd see a real estate coin get listed on good exchange, others are so obsessed with p2pb2b, latoken or Dex exchanges, it's hard to see real estate project that is 100% legit today ,they are mostly scam, since this project (breezecoin) listed on bithumb I will like to check it out

I think that's the fact and propy is the only one who has already completed the fist real estate use crypto without any problem. It will be a good thing if this project shows its real implementation caused by just listed on bithumb doesn't mean if this one is a legit project.

Real Estate crypto projects aren't always legit, most I followed in the past years are total failure but I'm only able to trust chellecoin, I will do some digging on this breezecoin maybe it's good one too, and it's good they choose bithumb

Tsk tsk tsk...this sounds weird and fishy, I think this is a paid promo where users are getting paid to bump this thread. Anyway, my advice to everybody in here is pretty simple. Real Estate and cryptocurrencies have never found a common ground to relate well, all those I projects I knew died off a year or two. I am not saying this would also die of but I am saying tread cautiously if you intend to invest in  this.

I still do not get the idea of this coin as in thread details you have said it is a utility token while it does not make sense because if it is a real estate asset backed coin then it must be a security where buying selling of real estate shares will yield returns and also rental income is also there for holding real estate which should also be paid to the property share owners and ideally that can occur through smart contracts, so please clarify me if i am missing something.

Atlant is the other project that I know that's also into real estate but look at them now. They're dying or they have died already.
A lot of investors can't get over with their investments with that coin. I don't also think that such projects that relates the industry they are focusing with their own token.

The company is established in several countries. Germany is the mother country, Turkey is the operative branch and UK is the HQ as the laws are much more suitable for crypto business. US company was established to realize the construction operations in the States.
