Legalization of cryptocurrencies is important in countries such as Ukraine. This is incredibly important for the growth of their economy.

How bitcoin can help Ukraine's economy, they have relatively bad things about Africa)

Ukraine is about to form a crypto legalization which is a positive move for crypto market taking ukraine as example we can expect more countrities to form a legal frame work for crypto currencies
That is a very great step that Ukraine is taking which is what I expect other countries to be after also, if Ukraine can get it right, I am sure that other countries will follow behind also, especially countries that are looking up to Ukraine as their mentor which I know that we have quite number of them, and for Ukraine being a great country to have accepted and adopted it, it means that they must have seen some positive effect it will have on their economy.

It would have been great if these big countries can give regulation a chance and see how effective it will be in eliminating their matter of concern about cryptocurrency which I even think that concern is just a way To avoid using cryptocurrency because of the value of their currency they are protecting, most especially the value of US dollars but the larger countries will still have no choice but to accept it when it is working for the smaller countries that has received and adopted it.

This is a good news for crypto world generally,  hopefully other countries will emulate what the Ukrainian government is doing in the legalization of crypto,  President Zelenksy saw the potential in crypto,  I guess they saw how their neighbor Belarus is doing good after the adoption of cryptocurrency

In countries with a worsening economy, these situations should be considered quite normal. If we give an example to these countries, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil and Turkey can be counted. They either become very innovative and visionary or really have a very bad economy.
Once you are in a crises how will you spend money in a volatile market, no government will take a risk to invest in a volatile market like bitcoin if they are struggling with the economy but these countries can attract foreign business and attract them to invest in their country and if these government who are in crises understand the opportunity then they can attract investors which will help them in the long run, but these things will not help them stabilize their economy will it will be like a small booster.

Ukraine is very wise when they are doing anything to fast track the crypto legalization in Ukraine. This is a win-win solution both for the government as well as the crypto-sector. The crypto-community will be free in using cryptocurrency and can expect an increase in the number of merchants and number of users in Ukraine. Crypto-sector will become more livelier than ever. Also in the government side they can easily place regulations and guidelines as well as collect taxes from cryptocurrency business activities.

well it seems that the ukrain government has found a point where they can get a lot of benefits when providing legality about the use of cryptocurrency in their country, because usually the government will not give permission for distribution and use which they say cannot benefit the country.

The governments around the world are recognizing the importance of crypto or say more of the blockchain technology so as to boost the economy of the country.Same is the case with Ukraine as they have submitted the bill to legalize it but still they are way to make it happen but they have exempted earlier to crypto holders to pay taxes and other exemptions. The nations who have a positive attitude towards crypto market knows it importance and its usage so they are going to give give profits to the market in form of price rise.

Legalizing cryptocurrency in Ukraine would be good, but we all know that in Ukraine, their government is known for corruption. This may come to the point where they might make a move in manipulating the cryptocurrency in their country just for the reason of money. This may be good if they legalize it but there will be consequences in return.
Which maybe they wanted to legalize this alternative currency since they can transfer huge amount of money without any trace. It can be a good news to this market if the government will use this as a good additional for their financial system. Since you mentioned about corruptions and just the same with regular fiat money which everything can be done with the facilitation of the government, good and bad things can be anticipated after Ukraine
enable this as legal aspects.

This isn't on any crypto news sites yet, so I'll post the link to google translate of the original source - https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=ru&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Ftech.liga.net%2Ftechnology%2Fnovosti%2Fu-fedorova-pliniruyut-legalizovat-kriptovalyutu

In the past there was multiple laws submitted by MP's that aimed at legalization of cryptocurrency, but it seems like this issues wasn't important enough to even vote for it. But after the recent elections the parliament and government fully changed, and now Minister of Digital Transformation says he wants to legalize crypto, so that law enforcement would stop extorting miners and crypto traders/miners would start paying taxes. He also says that he wants to put government records on blockchain.

The new government has already started doing some reforms as soon as they got the power, so maybe there's a chance that they will indeed legalize crypto. But I don't think that this chance is too big - maybe they will be busy with other things again, and MP's simply won't have time to review and vote such a niche law.
Legalizing cryptocurrency in every country will be a great help on the market because the transaction and investors will become broader and a lot of money will circulate in every country. Bitcoin has a lot of features that can help every transaction especially the payment method. If it is recognized worldwide I think the future will become easier in terms of paying having a fast and secure transaction. The blockchain technology is widening as of now different platform are rising and different uses are being proposed. And since we are in the information age, meaning we are using more of technology, this will be a great help to everyone especially in business.

What's it going to be as an effect on Ukrainian bitcoiners anyway? Legal, illegal, all that regulations seems to help is corporations and enterprise, which don't necessarily do anything for bitcoin adoption. If anything the artificial interest pumped into speculatory markets seems to cause an even bigger pump when the bulls come, followed by a huge hangover every time things retrace.

It's never been difficult to buy/sell bitcoin, or use them, with or without the state spurring it on. It'll all be fine.

Perhaps it will be beneficial to miners, like that minister guy said. Currently miners get extorted by the police very often, but if their business was recognized by the government, they would have less problems.

It's never been difficult to buy/sell bitcoin, or use them, with or without the state spurring it on. It'll all be fine.

That's because Bitcoin is not illegal. If it was, we'd have to buy it on darknet markets and deal with hordes of scammers and risk getting caught.

The step taken by Ukraine is a good step for the growth of cryptocurrency there. The government seems to want to maximize the opportunities behind the existence of crypto in the country. Tax opinion from trade seems to be the reason why the government plans to legalize crypto. For now, this is only a plan because previously the existing regulations did not prohibit nor did they have official status.
I am of the opinion that Ukraine will only legalize cryptocurrency and make it an instrument in the commodity market and not the payment system. If my view is correct, then the steps taken by the Ukrainian government are almost the same as Indonesia.

This is how it's all going to happen with the so strong "sitting on the offence" countries when it comes to legalizing cryptocurrencies. With time and in the near future, i know so many countries are going to go back on their decision and adopt the use of cryptocurrencies not necessarily Bitcoin.

I believe they are aiming for greater adoption here. If crypto is legal in all aspects, merchants, shops or crypto users will have no problem dealing with them. They can use crypto openly and they will not hide their crypto activities. More shops/merchants accepting crypto means even ordinary individuals will be enticed to check out the benefits of using crypto and so adoption will get bigger. That is actually great for crypto community.

if the ukrain really provides good legality for the use of cryptocurrency I think this could be good news that can have a good effect on the price of cryptocurrency at the exchange and can make bitcoin more famous.

Not just that, every other country will make their own move too. bitcoin popularity will spread more even on those country who restricted it. it will create massive awareness. those country who think that bitcoin will help them strengthen their belief that bitcoin will lift their economy. that should be the good start of all those country.

This is good news for the cryptocurrency world, hopefully it can become an opening door for other countries to legalize cryptocurrency.
Unfortunately good news like this is rarely exposed in large-scale by social media, usually exposed even news negative regarding
cryptocurrency. Because there are many people who don't like cryptocurrency to be legal. Ukraine is indeed included a country that is
open-minded about technology, therefore no wonder cryptocurrency would be legal right. It's the same as the country of Japan always
open minded about technological progress.
