Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan are independent COUNTRIES I live near Novosibirsk(About 400 kilometers
) and there are very few Chinese. Basically just students. Then they leave from here....I do not know about the situation in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk...
