Is there a possibility that at some point I will no longer be able to create new ultrapoint accounts?
If the price of ultrapoint goes up considerably, will the fee for sending money also go up?

Your transaction history is private. Only you can view your transaction history.
You can create View key if you want to give a person permission to take a look at one of your accounts.

When publishing your address there is no possibility for someone to track your transactions or steal your money because ULTRAPOINT uses various technologies to obfuscate both the address of the sender and the address of the person receiving funds as well as the amounts of the transactions.

Fungibility is an important property because it means that all ultrapoints are equal and you can always spend them whenever you want.
