But I agree with Quickseller. Maybe he was hasty but there's nothing to suggest he's stealing accounts but people seem to often take them as coleteral hoping they default so they get a cheap account.

that is not my account !

That's funny seeing as you used the same addresses:

I have reviewed everything and I don't see conclusive evidence that Ume is stealing accounts.

My major concern is that Twipple's address that the loan was funded to only has the transaction funding the loan, but he never spends the money from the loan. It was speculated that the address is to a mixer, however I would personally find it unlikely that a mixer address would be used to fund a loan as they are usually time limited. A possible explanation would be that Twipple was simply trying to sell his account via the loan.

I see that Twipple's password was changed twice on the day of the loan. So I don't think he was lending to himself. The fact that twipple account gave the Ume account positive trust is very concerning as it is not appropriate to give trust to yourself.

Unless a grace period is automatically given then once the times comes that a loan is due then the collateral would become the property of the lender the minute the loan is due but not paid in full. It does not appear that the loan was repaid, however since Ume is reusing his "main" address it is hard to say with 100% certainty the loan was not repaid as there were two transactions (this and this) both in the amount of .035 send to the address that funded the loan, however I doubt this is from Twipple as he would have either paid too little (if he only sent one of them) or paid way too much. This is why it is important to create a new address each time you lend for the borrower to repay to.

I do see Twipple making a few spam like posts but this is nowhere near the proportion of the Pierre11 incident.

for both of the above transactions ! i can clear the thing ! that first transaction 0.035 transaction was from Devthedev you can ask him and the second transaction is from Rollin.io for advertising on my thread no one paid me the loan at the moment !

I have pm`ed the twipple alt account if he dont reply me in 4 hours i,ll sell his account
I don't think it is appropriate to distract from the conversation by brining up your accusers trust rating as this is not relevant.

I do think it is reasonable for Ume to have forgotten what Twipple's alt account was.

what are you trying to say ?

Well im afraid that you dont know anything about the loan !

1 : the agreement was that he will repaid the loan on 30 Jan 2k15 its 31 now !
2: i,ll vanish/seize his account if he dont pay me the loan (thts why everyone takes collateral )
3: he did`nt pm me with new account or other account (in my profilee there is a skype Username i have setted for these kind of things ) to allow the users to contact me !
4 : He did`nt trxancted the btc from his addy (this does`nt matter )
5: i have waited already about a day !

First i really frgot his new account i have pm`ed him lets wait ! but the auction is on !

Saying what I said on the other thread as well:
Well, I think Ume decided to drop it and take the opportunity to profit from the account instead. Anyways, not saying he is a scammer, but his actions weren't right on this one.
Also, wouldn't suggest leaving him a neg rep on this. Seems, his previous account was neg repped for asking for a loan as a newbie , and he created this new one specially after others refused to take down his trust rating(even after him trying hard).
But I would insist on him stopping to launch/continue any businesses(Lending etc) and any such stupid ventures in the future

Ume also gave a positive trust rating from Twipples account today, about the loan. Even though Twipples' account is still under his(Ume's) possession.

Scam accusation on this user: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/ume-366936

He runs a lending thread here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ume-loans-micro-laons-924856

Here a user Twipple, requested a loan of 0.025 BTC to be paid back on 30th PM.  :  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ume-loans-micro-laons-924856

Then User Twipple created a new account to give the account details of Twipple account to Ume : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10257091

Ume confirmed by quoting the post of the new account, and mentioned the TX ID: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10257108

Ok I gave you the account, waiting for the btc

ok Thanks sent you exact 0.025 Smiley

https://blockchain.info/address/15ZX2yUZio9HeSWUeWubxznQyaYcYFBFzB

repayment will be on the same address 0.04 just tell me after sending !

you have total 5 days you will repay me on 30 jan on 6 PM from now !

Have a nice day !

The transaction in that address is signed and says: " Public Note: Sent to twipple as a loan of 0.025 repayment 0.04 in 5 days on 30 Jan : 6:PM " which proves, the new account belongs to Twipple, as it was quoted for sending the loan to .

After loan period is over:

Today Ume creates a new thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/want-some-help-regarding-loans-941098  (after loan period over)

hey guys !!! Smiley

i provided a loan to Twipple : and i got collatearl his account member status i provided 0.02 ! so i got a question ttoday is the repaymnet day but he did`nt pay me yet ! so what to do seize the account ?

Then some one says:

You should discuss with him. Probably he got some difficulties to deal with.

to which Ume replies

You should discuss with him. Probably he got some difficulties to deal with.

well i dont even know his new account ! he did`nt try to get to contact with me ! he did`nt transact the amount which i send from his addy so what to do just confused !

In this ^ post he clearly says, that he doesn't even know Twipple's new account , and from the posts mentioned above , we can see that : evrynet is  Twipples alt account who ad posted to confirm his loan, and Ume denies even knowing about it.

Now Ume's posting from Twipple's account , making spam posts, to get the account to Full Member and sell it. You can also see last seen online on Twipple's account and Ume's account is at the same time(just to prove, its still in control of Ume)
He also created an auction for it: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/selling-fm-941258
Now its perfectly alright to sell an account which was escrowed and did not pay, but I suspect something else, as Ume clearly denied knowing Twipple's alternate account, whereas we can clearly see he quoted and put in the Txid(which is signed) on evrynet's post.

Two things could be true :
1. Twipple didn't pay, and now Ume is selling the account for profit.
2. Ume took Twipple's account, and made a post as everynet(could be his own account) on his own thread , so now even if someone comes posing as Twipple, saying Ume stole it, then Ume could use everynet as an excuse.
The moral of the story : Always use an escrow to hold your account while you take a loan .

Now obviously, Ume isn't just a normal lender. He actually has multiple accounts and has been involved in selling accounts before.
Even his first post on the forum was about selling a FM account: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wts-full-member-account-804302
his post history indicates him going over a lot of threads about selling accounts.

He has also been tryinbg to lend money by holding accounts and taking accounts as collateral. He is always insisting people to give accounts as collateral.

Another account of Ume:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/umer-333356
neg repped before for asking loans as newbie.

Another possible account: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/tidus1097-370966

He also said, he will wait until tomorrow for Twipple to contact him: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/want-some-help-regarding-loans-941098.msg10310802#msg10310802
But instead made the selling account post today itself, and is trying to ditch the account as soon as possible.
