I really wonder how these users managed to use such buggy wallet for all these years?
It depends on what keywords OP used to searched to find his first wallet and that makes blockchain wallet comes first on the results to make him choose it, newbies does that thing, either in google search or in google play store. Worst if the wallet are phishing or fake.
Absolutely correct observation.

It’s just that the word “Blockchain” itself in all search engines is associated with the concept of bitcoin and cryptocurrency.  And therefore, the fact that Blockchain.com once managed to buy domains with such a word now allows them to always be in the first lines of search queries of Internet users.  And this accordingly increases the flow of users who can be called completely unfamiliar with Bitcoin.  This is the result of an influx of new users of this wallet and the “Blockchain.com” exchange, which at present are not at all a really reliable and user-friendly service among many other wallets in the field of cryptocurrency turnover.
This custodian for your cryptocurrencies is very problematic and raises a lot of questions and complaints.  In addition, Blockchain.com support is apparently overloaded.  They constantly respond to users with formal, completely useless responses written according to the original template.  And this correspondence with support only greatly spoils the nerves of users, irritates them and makes using their wallet extremely problematic.
I would not recommend anyone to use this service at all.

Maybe it's too convenient for them because all you have to do is visit their URL and then login to your username(ID) and password. And at most times, if you're able to save those details and make your browser remember, it's just a few clicks away for yout access.
I've been there and done that but good thing when I was still using them, I've read people suggesting to stay away from web wallets and never store funds there and blockchain.info was still the domain by that time and I've experienced a lot of bugs as well. I don't know how this company keeps these feedbacks from their former users.

I assume OP is trying to spend an unconfirmed balance which could be showing not enough balance error.
I don't think so. Blockchain.com is a buggy wallet and I have read many similar complaints about it.

Here is a report posted by someone else just yesterday.
Unable to send money in blockchain.com

Assuming OP is trying to spend the fund received in an unconfirmed transaction, that's still an issue with blockchain.com wallet. They shouldn't display unconfirmed coins as available balance or should allow users to spend them.

If it's really caused due to it's buggy nature then importing into the electrum will solve this and that's what suggested in other thread too but we don't know what's the status until OP comes back and let us know what happened.

I think you should not have to worry because other users have also faced similar issues with the blockchain.com wallet.

I suggest you to check the post of Zaguru12, and Charles-Tim, and then share that how it goes on. If that helps to solve your issue then it's great but if the issue persists then also share that with us.

Sometimes transactions don't get accepted when your wallet doesn't have sufficient fees to complete a transaction, and if that's the case then you may increase fees of your transaction to see if that works or not.

Most of the steps, and needed information is already given by the other members of the forum, and that's why we can online guide you more if you share that what happened after you followed those instructions.

but still balance is still in the blockchain account and not being transferred from blockchain to electrum.
You don't make any transaction by importing your seed phrase into electrum and you should still see your balance on blockchain.com wallet.
If you have imported the correct seed phrase and selected the correct script type, you should see your balance on electrum as well.

Do you see your balance in electrum?
If no, check if your addresses on electrum start with bc1. As mentioned by Charles-Tim, you should select "native segwit".
If your addresses are the same but you don't see your balance, check if electrum is synced. There's a circle which should be green.

OP please check your balance is spendable or its unconfirmed cause the surge in fee is very volatile due to price increase and lot of other factors.

You do know that for every transaction, there must be a transaction fee right?

If you are hoping to send x specific amount of bitcoin but you only have exactly x amount however the transaction requires z amount of the transaction fee thus the transaction can not happen. Calm down and relax and maybe check if you had considered transaction fees from your funds.

This is really a terrible issue, I never faced any issue with blockchain since last 6 years. Please help with it. I can send my BTC, there showing "insufficient fund" although there have more than sufficient balance. Please help it's an urgent. My Blood pressure being so high please help as soon as possible.

Or help how to upload fund from blockchain to electrum or any trusted wallet with 12 phrase key of blockchain.com
write me step by step how to regain access of my balance.

I had read forums articles to regain access like this;
I have downloaded electrum from there official website. then selected "standard wallet" > "I already have a seed" > entered "12 phrase key of blockchain" > selected "BIP39" because my Blockchain DeFI Wallet started with "bc1" > created password" but still balance is still in the blockchain account and not being transferred from blockchain to electrum. I need help very badly. please
Lot of things at play here, have you checked the address if it matches what you have on electrum and blockchain.com? Did you make sure that you have enough balance on your wallet to facilitate the transfer, exclusive of the transaction fee that you would have to pay, cause you could be sending a whole amount thinking you could just do that without having to take the transaction fee into account, which I must say is a rookie mistake but a pretty excusable one at that.

So do all of those first, make sure that your addresses are correct, and that you're not using any other address out there other than the one that you have the funds in, and also keep sure that you have enough funds beyond the amount you want to transfer to take care of the transaction fees. If you've done all of these and you're still experiencing this issue, try checking your wallet, you could've already lost your money from a hack and it just hadn't refreshed on your end, although even that is a far-fetched take which I wouldn't really assume unless all other possible reasons are ruled out. For now, don't panic, you still got a lot of things you can do on your end. The more you panic the more you're prone to making mistakes.

Obviously you are sending with too little a fee and blockchain.com will not allow you to send it as they already have the fees fixed for you at various types of speed of confirmations. They do not also support RBF, so what you will do is to import the wallet into Electrum using your seed phrase. Thereafter you can send the transaction with at least 20 sat/vB and then use viabtc.com to accelerate the transaction and you will end up paying far little fees.
It's not always because of low fees, blockchain.com was been known for it's buggy website, you can view this image.

Hello, i am seeing "insufficient funds error" on blockchain wallet when trying to send BTC.

Well, if you make a transaction using 20 sat/vbytes right now, you're actually overpaid 2x of the current fees.

@OP try to give update after you follow @Charles-Tim's advise.

But did you select native segwit (p2wpkh)? Just as I selected it as you can see in the image below:

The BIP39 means the seed phrase is not Electrum seed phrase but BIP39 seed phrase. So that should be the reason that you selected it. For bc1, select native segwit (p2wpkh) and not any of the other two.

I will advise you check the addresses on the blockchain and also compare it with the one on electrum wallet to check if it is the same.

It might be that you have changed the derivation path or rather the seed phrase is different, you can still look at this guide https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/

It can be because you spend your bitcoins and don't have enough rest for transaction fee. Reduce the amount to send and see how it goes.

If you use a same mnemonic seed to import your Blockchain.com wallet to Electrum wallet, and, if you have bitcoin in your Blockchain.com wallet, you will see it in your Electrum wallet, after import it successfully.

Did you compare your Receiving address in Blockchain wallet and Electrum wallet?

Are these addresses the same?

You can import it again and choose another wallet type, there are three types: Legacy, Segwit, Native Segwit.
