@nc50lc i don't know what you did or how but it worked, i was able to send btc again,
It all came down to the fortunate event that the transaction that sent that 0.15BTC to your wallet is not yet deleted from Blockchain.com's server
although it's already removed from their "mempool" for being unconfirmed for too long. (mempool is where a Bitcoin node keep unconfirmed transactions)

The balance that you're previously seeing is due to that reason (it's still in their database), but in reality, it's basically returned to the sender like he never sent it to you.
You were getting an error when sending because it's trying to spend coins that doesn't exist (since it's already dropped from Blockchain.com's mempool).

Then, the fix: After I rebroadcasted it to propagate again, you don't get any error when sending because the newly created transaction is now valid since it's spending the output of that rebroadcasted transaction that's re-included to Blockchain.com's mempool.

@nc50lc i don't know what you did or how but it worked, i was able to send btc again, thank you very much i'm so grateful.
Almost all nodes had dropped the transaction sending 0.15339102 BTC to bc1q.....8g3 from their mempool.

Nodes usually drop transactions from their mempool, if the stay unconfirmed for a certain time.
Nodes also drop low fee rate transactions from their mempool, if they reach their maximum mempool size.

The transaction in question was rebroadcasted. Nodes received it again and you could make a transaction using the outputs of that transaction.

@nc50lc first of all thank you for your reply.  to be honest i do not really understand what you mean i'm not an expert in crypto.

but in lamens terms; did i lose the 0.15 btc or is there hope and if so what must i do to gain control over it again please ?
You almost did when it got dropped by almost all Bitcoin nodes.
But for some reason, it remained in Blockchain's API database where I got the raw transaction hex that I've rebroadcasted to the Bitcoin Network.

You can now try to spend it from your blockchain.com account; in case that was the the reason for the error, your transaction should proceed now.
If there's still error, You should be able to see it in your Electrum or Ledger where you've restored the seed phrase.
But make sure to use a higher fee rate (about 25~30sat/vB) so it can be confirmed together with the new transaction that you'll create.

You haven’t lost anything. The pending transaction was rebroadcast and you should now be able to see it in Electrum. The fee is too low for it too be confirmed anytime soon but you can speed it up by creating a CPFP transaction from Electrum by right clicking the transaction and choosing the “child pays for parent” option.

nc50lc gave me i found out that on blockchain.com i have 2 btc addresses and the address with 0.15 btc is bc1qmsm9ga2ct7ma7m6854jc7kx54a6300vsekh8g3 with a balance of 0.15 BUT when i click on it the balance shown is 0.
-snip-
how can it show that many btc in the wallet but when you import the wallet with the seedphrase in a ledger nano or use a blockchain explorer the balance is zero.
That is a discrepancy in their database and the Bitcoin Network.
Simply put; your receiving unconfirmed transaction with 3sat/vB fee rate was dropped from the majority of the nodes except Blockchain's.
That's why you're still seeing the transaction in your blockchain.com wallet but not in other wallets.

The good news is, whoever sent it didn't spent any of the inputs to other transaction so it is still valid.
Since it's going to your wallet and having it dropped must be bad since you'll lose that 0.15BTC, I query their API to get the raw transaction and broadcasted it to other nodes.
It's now available in mempool.space's mempool (here) and other nodes if they accept 3sat/vB transactions.
You may be able to see it in your other wallets since it's now at 40Mb from tip of an average mempool, check your Ledger or Electrum where you restored the wallet.

Then, to bump that via manual CPFP, since you're going to send it anyways; (send) spend its output with a significantly higher transaction fee than the "optimal fee".

For backup purposes, here's your raw transaction:
Code:
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

I would clarify that the concept of non-custodial in relation to the Blockchain.com wallet cannot be taken as truth simply for the reason that in the early period of their work before 2016, many users constantly had issues with their own encoding and seed phrase, which was  good only for their own wallet.  This seed phrase was non-standard and could contain 17 or 19 words.
You are right about blockchain.com wallet old seed phrases. The seed phrases generated by blockchain.com before their upgrade in 2016 were not standard and they couldn't be imported in other wallets. But OP could import the seed phrase in electrum and that means it's BIP39.

In any case, this is a disgusting service and you should never contact it at all.
You are right. Any close-source wallet should be avoided.

nc50lc gave me i found out that on blockchain.com i have 2 btc addresses and the address with 0.15 btc is bc1qmsm9ga2ct7ma7m6854jc7kx54a6300vsekh8g3 with a balance of 0.15 BUT when i click on it the balance shown is 0.
This address is empty and it never had 0.15 BTC. It received 0.01304421 around 6 months ago and that was spent on July 1.

The transaction in which the 0.013 BTC was spent from bc1q.....8g3 contains some other sending adresses too.
The address 19cLH6wxWsWzZfZqyUq3FctW9CXCrYJM1V which is a legacy address was first used in 2018.

When did you create your wallet on blockchain.com?
Did you check your addresses on "Legacy" tab?
Did you try clicking on "Detect existing accounts" after enterting your seed phrase on electrum?

You can also check your Bitcoin addresses list with individual balance in Blockchain's "Wallets & Addresses" menu.
To get there, click the user icon on the upper-right and select "Wallets & Addresses".

To get the address list, look for the wallet name that displays the correct balance, then click "Manage" on its right.
Then, in "Used Addresses", click "Reveal Addresses" and read and accept the warning about address reuse.
If you can't find the balance there, switch from "SegWit" to "Legacy" in the tab above, next to the wallet name. (need to reveal addresses again after switching)
Once you find the funded address(es), copy and paste it in other blockexplorers like mempool.space to check if it's showing the correct balance.
If correct, report where you found it (e.g.: Defi Wallet - Legacy)

But if the address is in your "Imported Bitcoin Addresses" list if you previously imported a private key, it cannot be restored by your seed phrase.
Instead, click "Manage", then "Private Key", "Continue", then select "WIF" private key format. (keep that safe just like your seed phrase)
Then import that to Electrum with the new wallet menu: "Import Bitcoin Address or Private keys", then send to your Ledger.
Alternatively, use "Wallet->Private key->Sweep" to an Electrum wallet created with your Ledger Nano. (this will send all of its bitcoins to one of the wallet's address)

i wonder if a lawyer could help me with this issue, its a lot of money still in my balance but i cannot send it.
No, blockchain.com is a non-custodial wallet. You have access to your keys and have full control over your fund.
And this caused great inconvenience to many.  For example, I have been in correspondence with their support for half a year now, but during that time the volume of correspondence reached 15 letters from me and 12 replies from support, and all these replies were formal unsubscribes and did not solve the problem of access to the wallet I created in Blockchain.info in 2014.
They are dodging in every possible way and do not want to send me an archived copy of the Wallet.aes.json file, but judging by their own public completions for users, they have it in their data archives.

In any case, this is a disgusting service and you should never contact it at all.

@FinneysTrueVision is tried to import it in electrum but that showed a balance of 0 while the ledger nano showed 113 euro.
You don't follow the suggestions and don't answer the questions and just repeat the same thing.

Did you follow FinneysTrueVision's suggestion?
Do you know whether the fund is in a legacy wallet or a segwit wallet?
Do you know your bitcoin address(es)?
Did you check your balance on block explorers?
Do you have any imported address on your blockchain.com wallet?

In electrum, click on "Detect existing accounts" after enterting your seed phrase and see if electrum can find any other used wallet at common derivation paths.

UPDATE:  today i entered the 12 words seedphrase in my ledger nano S and the balance was 113 euro, which i could send untill it was 0.

but on blockchain.com it still says balance 8300, which would be correct , i just don't understand why my wallet is 0 while it really still should be 0.15 btc

If you started using Blockchain wallet a long time ago, some of your balance might be held in legacy addresses. You can add a legacy address account through Ledger Live by following this guide. https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/9068401160221-How-to-add-different-formats-of-Bitcoin-accounts-in-Ledger-Live

You could also import your wallet seed into Electrum and choose the Legacy wallet option.

i dont understand why this thread should be locked, the subject is can be very helpful for others (and me) with the same issue with blockchain.com

p.s. tomorrow i hope to have a ledger nano and i will update if that worked with the seedphrase, i hope so otherwise all my cash is gone.

please dont lock this thread yet, thank you.  Grin

Please read previous posts before making a new reply.
OP could gain access to the fund and the solution was very easy. Blockchain.com wallet is non-custodial and it gives you a BIP39 seed phrase which can be easily imported into other wallets.
ew, look at that! I just had to re-read through everything and, I think this topic is slowing becoming a spam fest. OP, I suggest you lock this thread to preserve its credibility. Someone could get in trouble and read their way out, without going too far. Mehh!
Edit; user hasn't been active since april?

Edit 2:
now i ordered a ledger nano s, and if i'm not mistaken i can use my blockchain.com seedphrase to manage my btc on the ledger with ledger live
I understand that blockchain.com runs as a DeFi and it has a non-custodial wallet but, since it obviously needs to be debugged, a hardware wallet is best for cold storage. Now that you got yourself a ledger nano s, what's the case?

You are right. You can import your seed phrase to ledger.
But if imported your wallet using your seed phrase to electrum correctly and you don't have any bitcoin there, you will have zero balance on ledger too.

i imported the seedphrase in Electrum and i see transactions but the balance is 0  Huh

on blockchain.com i still see a balance of 8k euro, any tips please ?

i cannot send funds from blockchain.com i get the error your bitcoin transaction failed to send.

May I also ask if you have used any of their custodial services e.g. exchange/swap? Because if for instance, your bitcoins are sitting on their custodial wallet like the trading wallet, then it's not covered in your seed phrase because the custodial wallets are fully controlled by blockchain.com and therefore they're the only one who can help you.

i did not use exchange, for some reason i cannot unlock that despite trying to with my id card and stuff, it just says that they cannot at this time.

also i am 100% sure i have 8k euro left on my blockchain.com wallet so that is correct.  i just keep getting that strange error.
