From my experience, you are almost certainly a victim of some phishing attack.

For whatever reason the CEX site has been a favourite target of phishers over the past few years. And the scam usually goes like this:

1) Someone claims to have a balance on CEX.io that they need you to withdraw
2) You create an account on the phishing site and they transfer some "BTC balance" into your account.
3) They ask you to deposit a small amount of BTC in order to hit the minimum withdrawal. This is how they make their money.

Please don't deposit anything as it will simply be lost to fraudsters. Ditch the site asap and block all communications with their so called "support".

I tend to agree and based on my research, the minimum withdrawal of Bitcoin is 0.002 Bitcoin which is extremely high but I think it will depend on your account level and might you need to read this Article regarding that matter.

@OP, you should check it first if you're on the official website of Cex.io before making such a decision, as I saw there, you can increase the limit and open the bank transfer which the best thing to do if you're concerned was the fees of Bitcoin that extremely high.

First, check whether you are using the correct site, because there is no platform that gives such a minimum, and it may be the daily trading limit without KYC if you do so.
If there is no way, try to withdraw it to the Ripple, because in most cases the withdrawal fee is small. Otherwise, contact the support team.

According to what I saw on one of their withdrawal related article, the minimum withdrawal for US dollars is $100 while in Euro it is $30 which is the withdrawal limit, but I am not certain as it has been long this was written.

The best you can do is to reply (if possible) the email sent to you or create another ticket, asking the support what amount the minimum withdrawal limit is. (But while withdrawimg the fund, was there no pop-up message that indicated the withdrawal limit and which will be the reason you are not able to withdraw.

After knowing the withdrawal limit, make sure you have up to that balance on your account before initiating withdraw.

Are you sure about that? I'm not one of their users but AFAICT, their minimum withdrawal is 0.002BTC ^[link].

Other possibilities:
- You're using a phishing website.
- You've mistaken the daily max withdrawal limit for their minimum limit instead.

OMG, that is extremely very high for a minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin.
Have you tried to swap your Bitcoin with other cryptocurrencies? Like LTC, ETH, TRON, DOGE and withdraw the fund? Just to get your funds out of that shitty exchange.
To be honest, they are just the one can help you with that, they can adjust the minimum withdrawal amount.
