The answer is yes to both of questions i know many people who can write about me, i didn't earn anything to write here not like other 99% of people use signature, mostly of time i write with friends by pvt messages and then i write with skype discord or telegram because i cannot write them here anymore.

Why ban the account if i can write here again with another account, simply reactivate it and i will be lot careful of what i write i can ask moderators if i can write anything here so maybe nobody ban again.

I still 1 year without the account.. it doesn't change my life at all but i just wanna know if that account, i will be able to use later after another year by following all rules. By the way i know people who got worst experience than me and got banned for nothing simply because someone report it for competition reasons.

Here is what the mods are thinking about this account... This user seems to be here pretty much just to make money. I scanned your posts and you don't have much outside of mining and how to profitably do so. Now I didn't read all your posts of course so...

Can you provide a series of posts where you showed value to this forum as a helpful member to others, someone who cares about bitcoin and it's continued mainstream adoption?

Can anyone vouch for you that you've gone out of your way to help, which was net positive for the forum? Is someone willing to make an un-ban appeal on your behalf that shows your value and net positive presence here?

If the answers to those questions are no, I'm sorry to say you're not going to get a reply from any mods or a second chance.  I feel for you in the sense you weren't shit posting all over this forum..but you also provided little to the community as a whole from what I can see. I'm not trying to come down on you, but inform you of the reality of the matter speaking unfortunately from a great deal of experience.  Getting upset, posting with multiple accounts, pointing fingers etc I can assure you wont help but assure you never get a second chance in the off chance Theymos implements some sort of wide spread second chance policy way down the road (unlikely but you never know).   Hope this provides some clarity. I understand it really sucks. I would recommend reddit , twitter, and maybe some slack/discord groups so you can still be active in btc communities.

You probably did not read the rules. The warning is already there.

The warning is right there in the rules, which you should have read.  You had every chance to do so.  The forum has far too many accounts for a team of moderators to keep track of who's been given a verbal warning by whom.  I mean, how much of a drain on resources do you really want to be?  I don't see how anyone can believe that their presence on this forum is so vital that steps need to be taken to accommodate their bad behaviour.  

If you went to a country you've never been to before and broke one of their laws, are they under any obligation to let you off with a warning?  Or give you an opportunity to cover up the evidence for your crime?  I doubt it.

I think is not fine because i did not received any warning from moderators and after my last post and several months account get banned, certainly if i knew it was going like that i would have been very careful about what i wrote and deleted any unwanted post, but i had no chance to do that.

So everybody confirm ibinsad account is lost forever ?

No problem i don't post anymore outside here with any account, i just wanna know why in this case the account is lost forever without any warning and chance to delete incriminated posts.

I think that who accuse someone without giving the possibility of an answer or solve the issue is just a "tyrannical act" !

What you should do is literally writing there, send an email and attempt to appeal. Creating new accounts post is counted as ban-evasion and every account you create will, therefore, be banned.

The message is very clear, you were permanently banned that means the ban will remain forever or for as far as this forum exists. Creating account 2 which is ibinsad2 means that you were evading ban.
Even if it was hacked, i don't think they will recover it for you because you broke another of the forum rules which is evading ban

ibinsad3 will also be banned if you post outside meta because of ban evasion.

Hello, my account ibinsad was banned 1 year ago, i tried to ask for unban still no replies after 1 year, i did not understand the reason, i expected an explanation or a temporary ban.

I don't understand how is it possible to write in this forum without being hacked (simply using 2fa) or banned (simply don't write anything).
