You should message Hilarious or Cyrus and try to understand the real reason for the ban appeal. In your case it isn't quite clear to me. Secondly, when a user is banned they get a message in their email with a special email address where you can make your ban appeal directly to Theymos.
Although I am not sure about how efficient that process is because common sense says Theymos could be getting hundreds of ban appeals per day.

Well, the decision is up to the mods. Just wait if the mod who nuked your account will respond here.
Sure, the mod have a power and the experience to decide case by case, but for me a soft ban with a explicit motivation is a more educating way to prevent it from happening again.No, Icoperf is banned, but it is probably not his main account. As long as Icoperf is banned, he cannot post using his main account (if he has one) because doing so is ban evasion. Evading a ban also is going to decrease any chances of future leniency. There is very little reason why any 12 post newbie is going to care about being banned.
Why the account should be perma-ban if it has a little post ? The rule need to be the same for leggendary member and for newbie. If you disclose your higher ranking account that I assume you have, members can evaluate your contributions and formulate opinions accordingly.

Yep, and the other people the plagiarize content, make small edits in between large paragraphs to try and hide the spammy nature of the content posted.... Its the same thing with a different intent.

Although BadBear's earlier posts hinted that service posts are a "no go" on most cases, after contacting him a couple of days ago, I believe he has changed his thinking, possibly due to the community's opinion and suggestions (told you it would help

As per this shift, the following type of posts are now allowed in coin threads:
However, said rules only apply to those posts that ARE NOT large, distracting with images, or markup codes (lots of bold and colors) and other traits of an advertisement. If a post is considered an advertisement will be determined on case by case basis.

By just seeing your post with bold Free Coupon title, I can already say that your intention wasn't really to inform about the coin being listed on your service, but to advertise your service directly with a promo.
