Once when I sent a transaction without a fee although a fee was required, I had to wait over one week to confirm.

Lesson: Don't be tight with money if you can't wait.

Still showing unconfirmed, but at least you don't have a warning that says "less than recommended fees." I have been waiting for 2 days for a no-fee transaction to confirm related to the inputs.io refunds.

I do have that warning.

But if you lose, you just double spend your transaction before it's confirmed. That can be worrying as it might break the whole balance of casino.

This. But double spending is not easy, you need some serious hash at disposal. I guess when you try double spend even with a fee, miners reject doublespending attempts

In a world of peaches, don't ask for apple sauce
Yesterday I sent 0,1 to Satoshi Dice but it was set to no-fee on blockchain.info (I'm new, had no idea it would be THIS BAD).

I played on Satoshi Dice with it for a bit and made 1BTC from it. I got really excited, wanted to withdraw and saw the initial 0,1 is still unconfirmed. It's been 24 hours.

I don't really understand that, does Satoshi dice allow playing&withdrawing with unconfirmed Bitcoins? That would be so easy to abuse.

Allows playing, doesn't allow withdrawing.

Just wait, there is still hope.

Here is your current estimated confirmation time    13 hours.

I had a transaction yesterday which was sent without a fee, and it had an estimated time of 28 hours. I checked it today and it was confirmed Smiley

It's been 24 hours and that estimated time keeps changing. It's now up to 15h.
It really depends on whether a generous miner will decide to include your transaction in a block. So the estimated time is really, REALLY estimate.
How could I do such if I wanted to?
Well, mine and generate a block including all transactions. Solo, I mean.
In other words, impossible with my very low hash rate

That's satoshidice's address?

I thought their address starts with "1dice" prefix. Tongue

Someone else said that I should double spend this with a fee, which will go through. How do I do that?

You could try it, but you would lost the 1BTC from satoshi dice if you successfully double spend your initial 0.1 BTC  Smiley

I made the same mistake.

I sent a small amount of bitcoins in February this year.
But the transaction is still pending and not confirmed.

LOL its still unconfirmed to this Day??? THATS FUNNY AF

That's not funny. It's really scary. Sometimes it's really important, even if it's such a small sum.

I really need to find a way to fix this issue. If confirming this is not working, then figure out a way to re-send the same transaction somehow to SatoshiDice and get them to accept it, or... I don't know.

Someone was saying that some "tx" might disappear and then I can resend it? How do I do that?

This is precisely why I will never allow someone to do a service for me for free. It either takes forever, or isn't done properly. It's is so interesting that BTC mimics reality in this way.

I made a similar mistake when I first started too. Obviously no one wants to pay fees, but I didn't realize that it would 4-5 days for it to settle. But I did get confirmed and it wasn't too bad, but going forward I set the option to the most preferred one.
