when i request a withdrawal system ask me to remove the bonus so that i can withdraw now my balance turn to 35.79 and yet i cant withdraw, and i don't like the idea that you required your member to play, if you want to be fair, put an option that your member can withdraw instantly an d remove the bonus.. you know that playing long time will end to player in BUST...

I can understand your frustration, but the bonus wagering requirements are in place for a reason. For the time being one will have to contact support
