If someone share step by step guide on how to conduct an escrow in Unitaco system would be more helpful.

Yes, Unitaco guide for making an escrow is more than enough.
Still, I want to write some guidelines for people who are still making questions.
How to make an escrow from existing balance in unitaco.
1. Add trust (in Account-A)
2. Split ( New voucher will be Account-B)
3. Exchange.
4. Pay. (to Account-A). -> New voucher.
5. Log in new voucher -> Unlock or wait till expiry.
If you have no balance means, you need to fund a new address.
1. New address
2. Wait for confirmations.
3. Then follow above steps.
Any corrections/modification will help to improve above procedures...

I have left the campaign since I am not really sure how this campaign will be ending up. I mean there are things that seem to be shady and all the changes in rules only fuels that.
I hope all participants in here will be paid accordingly.
