Seems I am under heavy DDOS right now. I am sure it has nothing to do with smart1985 at all.

I am the scammer, remember ? The REAL bad guy. I am trying to sell you snake oil, remember and when you don't send me all the BTC in your wallet I will send the boogeyman to get ya !

I am not the admin of gambling sites and a probable HYIP scheme and being accused of doctored systems ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.849876 )

That guy is impeccable and should be given the "GIVE ME ALL YOUR MONEY, I AM 100% TRUSTFUL" tag.

I did not give the forum 50 BTC and should be given the big scammer tag !

He goes to attack then why should I not do the same Huh

Honestly, I don't give a fuck to whomever is that guy you're trying to defraud, even if he's a proven scammer and you're a moderator here. What we mind here is your actions now. Even Walmart or other large corporations will get the fire if they tried to pull something like you did with a criminal as forcing your wares upon someone is wrong.

I may be an asshole but not a scammer.

The tag is not justified.

He makes mistake.

I say I give BTC back.

He attacks me.

I did my best to give what he paid for but no refund after he treats me like a thief because he made the mistake first and even so he starts attacking ME for no reason.

The fact I got scammer tag on here just because he is VIP and gets to play around with the admins any way he wants just shows how fair this whole community is.

Scam = A dishonest scheme; a fraud. Swindle.

I never did anything like that. I refuse to pay for his mistakes when he acts like a jerk in the first place towards me.

Will he get my BTC-E account unbanned ? Will he take back his harsh words "liar, thief, scammer" ? Will he roll back my reputation he ruined on the forum ? I doubt it.

And still I am the "guilty" one with the big SCAMMER tag Sad

Since when did you say that you are giving him his BTC back? The original posts depicts you refusing to return his BTC at all.

I really am surprised that they ( theymos + smart1985 VIP big boss ) did not change my avatar to one of these :

and write under my signature : SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER

and change my username to : bulaSCAMnula

and try and hack into my comp to get my BTC.

After seeing smart1985 and his 100% flawless ethics I would be surprised if that did not happen.

The fact I have a scammer tag shows loads about this forum. Anybody reading this whole story clearly can see this is NOT a scam. Where is the evidence ? Where is the scam ? Where did I tell that guy to send me millions of BTC ?

Other real scammers like a1bitcoinpool took two weeks and tons of evidence to get scammer tag but I get scammer tag instantly for doing nothing at all.

Sad

He comes and attacks me without even giving me a chance to give BTC back Huh

We are debating whether I am a scammer here. Clearly that is not the case.

Will he get the scammer tag or any mark for trying to attack me first ? NO. Because he is big VIP boss and donated 50 BTC to forum.

I am the underdog and have to take all his shit after he can't read numbers and can't communicate with me like a man ...

Send it back.

Accident or not, in honor, loyalty and in good faith, send it back.

I agree with Matthew and have to say Yes, Scumbag.

Well I would have sent it back if he did not attack me like a coward.

Will he give me my BTC-e account back ?

Get my previous reputation back ?

No. So I refuse to give refund after he is being a jerk. He is a jerk = I am also a jerk with him.

He made #1 mistake = sending 25 BTC to me

He made #2 mistake = instead of trying to sort it out with my privately like a man he goes the backdoor way and indirectly attacks me

blah blah blah blah blah

bulanula,

Stop being butt hurt because the sender said something to make you mad. You have a simple choice to make:

1. Be the better human being and give the coins back.
2. Act like a child, earn the disrespect of every person on these forums.

It's your choice.....

Best,

I don't even get a chance of appeal or to defend myself.

Then try to, right here. I've made a couple of posts already explaining how what you did was wrong, and you keep ignoring them and focusing on the trolls and bitching about how the VIP is getting preferential treatment. We've established that the whole "I didn't hold a gun to his head so his money transfer was clearly a donation to me" angle is bullshit, so give us another justification of your behavior.

My justification was this :

1. He made the mistake and he takes it out on me. Calls me scammer, thief, liar; gets my BTC-E account banned and comes on here as well to get me scam tag just because he is VIP

2. All this before I even had chance to pay BTC back because it was easter time celebrations

3. Seeing his procedure and decision to directly attack me without giving me a chance to give his btc back and talking to me about it nicely in private and not ruining my reputation

4. I decide to give refund in the form of product so I give him 10 months ( what he paid ) and 2 months bonus. It was the best I could do. Money is still there. Ad was there until theymos removed it. His mistake and I try and compensate for it but if he is a jerk with me I am also a jerk with him. He started it.

Why does he still not comment on here and talk to me privately to sort it out like two men ? Why does he attack me indirectly being a pussy ?

Why does he use theymos ( gives me scammer tag ) and other ways to attack me indirectly ?

He does not want his little side business with mybitcointrade.com and btc-play.com to get hurt and other people to see he is attacking me directly.

A couple of days ago I was playing with a new Bitcoin wallet service.  I deposited 5 BTC then tried to withdraw them again.  It appeared that the withdrawal didn't work, so I tried again, 4 more times.  Each time it seemed to fail.  A few minutes later I looked at my wallet and I had 5 separate incoming payments of 5 BTC from the wallet service.

I immediately emailed the owner of the wallet service telling him about the mistake and asking for an address to which I could refund the coins he had accidentally sent me.  That's what decent people do.

It doesn't make you a scammer that you didn't return the coins you were sent by mistake, but it does make me never want to do business with you.

Hey Chris!

Ack, thanks for bringing this up, and offering to send the "ill-gotten
gains" back! Smiley I found and fixed the bug now.. and set your account
balance to -20 BTC to get the accounting right. If you want to just send
yourself 5 BTC again through *****, it should charge you 25 BTC to do so,
which will result in everything getting back in kilter!

Thanks again for all the debugging work!!

Hey Chris!

I see the 25 BTC cleared and you withdrew the excess 5 BTC again now too.. hopefully everything is all set!

Thanks as always,

The coins are yours. However, there are consequences to actions. You are completely free to keep the coins. "No Chargebacks" and all. The community however, expects you to repay the coins. It is up to you. If 'you' did receive them from 'him' and you didn't earn them in some fashion, returning them would be an acceptable thing to do.

This is a slippery slope. The sender also bears some responsibility. His mistake causes the receiver to do extra work. A compromise, I would think, would be in order. Maybe 90:10 on the overpayment.

I would just want to be careful that the sender is the sender and the receiver is the receiver here or this could turn into another form of scam.

I lol'ed.

Your chance was right now, and you've already stated what you think is your case. I couldn't care less who the person sent you coins was. It could be CoinExchanger, Bitscalper, Atlas, or some other shady fuck that we all wish were in a ditch someplace, but definitely you're wrong in this and every word out of your mouth that isn't "I'm wrong", is one more person who's going to hate you.

Keep it up, asshole. The popcorn is popping.

Duhhh... 21-2 ...

Are those the results of the poll ?

I can't even see them myself.

In any case, anyone who thinks this is a scam is probably trolling.

This is not a scam and the scammer tag just proves how money talks.

smart1985 is a VIP, he donated 50 BTC and because of that he gets to label me a scammer for no reason.

I don't even get a chance of appeal or to defend myself.

Okay, scammer might be pushing it. Thief is what you'd get called in the real world, but we don't have a tag for that.
