My son played it while in alpha. Seems a good game, Blizz know their audience.
He is playing League mainly nowadays.
Mostly retired from gaming hehe (i will give you short version and is only 18).
We started WoW when he was 10 (I know bad daddy)
Was great bonding though, shouting and laughing next to each other while wife looked at us silly.
Played very high guild levels, and he is a child of this new Millenium.
His best friends are from wow, 5 of them play league together, daily, 3 Americans, 1 Euro and 1 Aussie.
How small is the world I keep thinking.
Being an electrician who runs networks for a living I saw the net come along.
Truly a force, let us hope it stays semi independent of the .gov.
Innovation and change NEVER come from them. it happens and then they say no.
Is why I believe in Blockchain.
People and business without the ticket clippers and enforced regulation(good and /or bad).
Need a way to weed out the bad and keep the good, without being told what is and isn't is the trick.
Have a good day all.
Tacktic.

Now, anyone into online gaming? Anyone wanna check out Heroes of the Storm? Blizzard's attempt at a moba. I am loving it, much more action packed than Lol or Dota, i think they gave me four beta keys to give out so if anyone is interested lemme know! Gta V, anyone playing that? Or playing Gta online? Just started getting into that as it finally came out for the p.c. Best Gta ever, first person thuggin
I haven't really done much competitive online gaming lately, it's been more than just a few years to be honest. I do still game - also online - but I've only got a few hours a week to play and like to spend that playing co-op campaigns with a close friend. I've been playing GTA V on the Xbox One, great game.

Never got into MOBA's. I'm totally intrigued by the concept, but there seems to be so much learning involved and I wouldn't know where to find the time. Blizzard entering the MOBA space is interesting, the genre seems like an obvious fit for their skills. They're one of the few studios that has managed to consistently deliver incredibly polished, balanced and fun multiplayer games for decades. Quite remarkable IMO. They should add Unobtanium as a rare resource in one of their next games, that would be a good fit and turn some heads, lol.

Venting is good for us, I think.

And toppin' up your funds? Ian and I have always and only worked on the 'periodic-buys model.' That is, put fiat into the system as our budgets allow; wait with bated breath to see how much Bitcoin pops out the far end; then resist putting it all immediately into Unobtanium.

Tee hee . . . learning to hold a little back is the real trader's lesson that I need to learn!

@Sirsmokes, I am not a gamer; but I applaud your initiative: 'beta keys' (?) are merchandise of a sort, and you are giving them away! I shall re-post this over at the Guild.

I am pretty sure you need to link a credit card to your coinbase account for instant btc purchases. Then you don't have to wait. It does suck though, 6 days is HUGE in crypto
Sorry, I shouldn't have shot off like that.  But my cc expired; they said they sent me a notice but there is nothing in my email. They said I was given an estimate of the deposit time when I placed the order

Naw, you are entitled to vent, that type of stuff is crazy frustrating, more so in this day and age. I just wanted to put it out there, i sorta like coinbase just because it makes entry into crypto as easy as opening a paypal, and their fees aren't THAT cray cray. If it was anything like what has happened to me numerous times, you have a moment of excitement after finally convincing your self that investing more is a good idea. Ya pull the trigger, eager to get in while the getting seems good! Then you are stonewalled by the waiting period, LAAAMMEEEE. Now all that excitement was for nothing because for all anyone knows the price could double by the time you finally get your coins.

Yes... you need to have a credit card linked to coinbase for instant purchases.

I always compare prices between circle and coinbase.  Circle usually has the better price.  Not by much, but usually enough that I click the order on circle and cancel the order on coinbase.

You're right. Sorry, I shouldn't have shot off like that.  But my cc expired; they said they sent me a notice but there is nothing in my email. They said I was given an estimate of the deposit time when I placed the order from their site, I said I placed their order through their android app and saw no such estimate. So Coinbase and I disagree.

Anyway, enough of this boring stuff.

I am benched until Monday.

Woo hoo! I am learning to put up standing-orders every night: got 45 @ .0108, and still got a half a Bitcoin in kitty!

And 450 Uno in the 'warehouse'!

"Weren't BTC services supposed to be better than banks, not worse?"

They will be, Learminer. We are pioneers, and Cryptoguild/All Mark's Crazy Ideas will slowly but surely give us real leverage against these problems.

Sellers still have enough ammo, its rarely been as easy as right now to get a sizable buy order filled. Don' fight the trend, we're still headed further south. Get ready to grab some real discount UNO soon, this gift won't last forever though...

Damn Coinbase!!  I placed a sizeable order yesterday for Bitcoin, but it won't have it in my wallet until MONDAY!!!  Aaargh!!
If I had known it would take 6 freakin' days I would paid the Local Bitcoin premium.
I'm done with Coinbase's shit support and slow delivery, I am gone. Has anyone sent $$ to Cryptsy? Does that work?

Nobody dump UNO deep until late Monday, please!!! Smiley
Never used Coinbase, that seems awfully slow. Why do they delay the BTC like that, what reasoning do they have for it? Weren't BTC services supposed to be better than banks, not worse?

I think some are hoping to catch a BTC 'fallingknife' and then enter UNO positions.

And I guess others are pushing the price down some to game a big buy in.
(That will get the momentum players interested and then off to the races)
it looks like just 2 BTC gets the price back up to 0.014xxxxx

UNO is too cheap $-wise right now, couple that with the cheap BTC.  8D

The SMART plan is get this cheap BTC and park some solid big bids in the 11-10 range.
