Peach Bitcoin registered official account in  bitcointalk forum and they opened a topic here, so I am now locking my topic and we can move all our discussion there:

Sharing a few more screenshots to show how PeachBitcoin works

You don't see the available offers, like you could see with LocalBitcoins and co.
You need to create an offer and then you see the ones that match your criteria (amount, payment method).
You then swipe like you do on Tinder.

Yeah excellent app, as far as Italy is concerned I personally had the events https://bitcoinbeer.events (Bitcoin beer) added as a payment method where we meet once a month and talk about the protocol over a good beer.  Then from the app you can select to choose the next BB event as the trading point.

peach bitcoin still seems very new and still focused on reaching users based in Europe (only 7 currencies are supported)

pure P2P platform is what many bitcoin users need (can be an alternative choice besides bisq). maybe I will try this platform when they are planning to expand worldwide.

#it seems that the "peach bitcoin" developers have to hold advertisements to make their products more known.

Creating an offer                          Choosing your payment method                        Filling your BTC adress

You've got a match.
If you don't like the seller "peach02cf85" (that's the username), you swipe on your screen to go the next offer with your requirements.

The seller then receive a notification on his smartphone and need to open the application. Hopefully he isn't sleeping...
There is also a chat system to talk with the person if you ever want to date

Probably because this is one of the projects that does not care about the lawsuits and intimidation of Craig Wright.
Is Faketoshi still doing this failed lawsuit circus thing?
I don't follow news around him so much, so maybe he returned working in agriculture and growing vegetables like in past  Cheesy

Full disclosure for current version of PeachBitcoin, last information I saw is that orderbook information is stored for 10 years, probably because of some Swiss law.
Peach is closed source so we don't know what is happening inside app, but there are some good rumors they are preparing to release everything as open source, but let's wait and see.
Close beta testing for Peach is completed, and app v 0.2.2 is now latest version available in public.

In addition, the domain owner's information is hidden, and we cannot identify it or the platform team; also, why did PeachBitcoin put the whitepaper for Bitcoin on their platform?
Probably because this is one of the projects that does not care about the lawsuits and intimidation of Craig Wright.

It look like more a LocalBitcoins alternative than Bisq, but still welcome in our industry I would say. There is no KYC because Switzerland is not bothering with ID verification.
They ask verification for larger amount of money, I think for more than 1000 CHF per day traded you need to do verification anywhere, and you can easily override that in Bitcoin meetups.

There is for exemple a popular app there called Relai we can buy or sell BTC without giving your ID
I know about Relai but I think you can only use bank account for trading, in PeachBitcoin there are much more options, and they are open to adding new payment option specific to certain country.
Bisq is better than Peach in many ways, but I can't easily use it on smartphone, and I think they said it's not even in their roadmap to make something like that.
However, I don't think Peach can fully replace Bisq, and they are still in beta phase so bugs are always possible.

App looks interesting and could be used (at least speaking from my pov) for example when you are in a different country and you have to sell some bitcoin ASAP, but for domestic use here in Croatia we have local TG groups where you can do the same thing.
It's good to have options to choose, and people should be able to try what works better.
In Peach app is much harder to get scammed by someone because multisig setup is used, and you can trade with someone in person or make remotely (paypal, banks, gift cards, etc.)

Yes I can find some information on their website, but there are a lot of things missing, but I'm asking why they put a Bitcoin whitepaper and didn't write one for their platform/App, or does the platform you are defending have no capital to hire someone to do this?
Yeah its really weird that application called Peach Bitcoin that is used to "Buy & Sell Bitcoin peer-to-peer" has a Bitcoin whitepaper on the website.  Roll Eyes

After all, why would a working app that is used for anonymous trade of Bitcoin have whitepaper, team members etc? This is not some altcoin project that is trying to raise the money so they have to make bunch of bullshit claims in order to persuade people to invest.

You seem to be blindly platform biased, and I hope that your trust will not be disappointed in the end, There are many sites that offer the same Alexa service that gives you traffic and ranks like Alexa can determine for you that the platform has poor traffic.

Are you trolling? It's written on theit website and someone postetd the info just above you
It's true?? It seems that your vision is 6/6, well, can you give me the name of the domain owner?  And the names and information about the PeachBitcoin team?

Why this and why that...
The real question is why didn't you read the website in which it's clearly written your "important information"
And why don't you tell us how much they paid you for writing this? Yes I can find some information on their website, but there are a lot of things missing, but I'm asking why they put a Bitcoin whitepaper and didn't write one for their platform/App, or does the platform you are defending have no capital to hire someone to do this?

I will probably give a try to Peachbitcoin to replace with Bisq.

If someone is interest in the User Interface;

Alexa Rank, seriously in 2023?
On May 1, 2022, Amazon shut down Alexa Internet which subsequently discontinued Alexa Rank with it.

why did PeachBitcoin put the whitepaper for Bitcoin on their platform? Why didn't they put a whitepaper containing important information about their platform, application, and team?

But this is a good platform tho. Where did you find it in the first place?
I first heard about Peach Bitcoin from bitcoiners on Twitter.

Why didn't they put a whitepaper containing important information about their platform, application, and team?

Whitepapers are usually released by shitcoins nowadays and I never saw a single business or wallet releasing that, it doesn't make any sense to do it.
They are registered company and they are not trying to hide from anyone, there is clear limitation for amount of money you can exchange per day.

The last thing is that I could not download the application from Google Play or the App Store because the application appears to have been deleted or does not exist. Did you download the APK file from the PeachBitcoin website?
It works just fine for me bothon google play and direct APK file from their website.

Thank you for this topic. Peach Bitcoin is still new and not as popular as Bisk. It even has a low rank on Alexa and Tranco. In addition, there are not enough reviews about this platform on Google or YouTube, although it has been live for nearly a year. In addition, the domain owner's information is hidden, and we cannot identify it or the platform team; also, why did PeachBitcoin put the whitepaper for Bitcoin on their platform? If it just 'matches' people without offering a security benefit over e.g. finding trading peers on a forum, I would feel somewhat insecure using it.
PeachBitcoin uses Multi-Signature bitcoin addresses to make sure that everything works fine during trade, so nobody can run away with money, and you can even interact with other peeps using the encrypted chat in app.
I suggest reading Support FAQ page on website to see how Peach Bitcoin works, and please write below if you notice anything that you don't like.
My oppinion is that Bisq is better option for computers, but PeachBitcoin is very good alternative for mobile devices, if you are willing to accept some drawbacks.

What I like about Bisq or Robosats is that they have different ways of ensuring neither party can easily run with the other trading partner's money. Bisq uses a custom script with different levels of fallback (mediation, arbitration; 2-of-3 in the past and yet another, better system in Bisq 2 as far as I know). Robosats acts as a trusted escrow.

According to their privacy page, they are registered in Switzerland, however, you say they without the need for any KYC verification or registration.
I can also create an app and register it anywhere I want, and I would avoid using banks if possible.

As for the data, I am talking about your bank account or any other data. You must send them during trading, and therefore it may be sent to the tax authorities.
There is nothing you are going to send for P2P cash meetups, and that is something I am mostly excited for.
If you look at the map they posted on website you would see location for all current meetups, and new ones are coming up every day.
https://peachbitcoin.com/for-meetups/

In terms of trust, downloading an unknown source application is the problem.
Yeah, but if you are using smartphone you are already using unknown source for your operating system and for most of the apps  Tongue
Nobody is stopping someone to create something similar that would be with open source code, there is clear demand for stuff like this.

Dude, it's P2P, you don't have to trust them, this is not centralized exchange and they can't sell data they don't have  Roll Eyes
I don't know what ''trading volume'' you are talking about... I will repeat... this is not centralized exchange.

Doesn't everything sound too good about PeachBitcoin to be true?
No it doesn't.
I clearly said I don't like closed source code, and the fact that this is not available worldwide in countries outside Europe.

Have you, dkbit98, used this P2P mobile app yourself? Why do you consider "this is probably one of the best mobile P2P trading app"?
I didn't use it yet because there are currently no cash meetups in my region, but I will try testing it with PayPal and few other options soon.
It's the best P2P mobile app simply because there is nothing better available right now, it's like Bisq for mobile.

If this trading platform takes into account the interests of its users as much as possible, simplifying the exchange process, then how soon will regulators pay attention to this mobile app and tighten the use (or block it altogether)?
Nobody stopped Bitcoin, nobody stopped Bisq, and nobody stopped torrents, so it's not going to be easy to stop PeachBitcoin, but that is not my concern anyway.

It is difficult to trust them, especially since they do not have a web application. All the service is done by downloading a closed-source app, which makes me doubt the percentage of their trading volumes, or the inability to impose identity verification in the future, or at least sell user data.

Doesn't everything sound too good about PeachBitcoin to be true? No registration, no KYC. Although the source code is closed, what could be a reason to pause is introducing large sums to this platform. Unless to test with a small deposit.

Have you, dkbit98, used this P2P mobile app yourself? Why do you consider "this is probably one of the best mobile P2P trading app"?

The question of the number of active users of the exchanger also remains open.

If this trading platform takes into account the interests of its users as much as possible, simplifying the exchange process, then how soon will regulators pay attention to this mobile app and tighten the use (or block it altogether)?

When everything is very good, this is a reason to be wary. Also, regulators will not like such sweet conditions either, like PeachBitcoin.
