i just checked my balance of my client wallet but i found that it is different with what is showing in block explorer...is it normal?

Heads up to anyone missing coins because of c-cex, we contacted Yuriy on several platforms for several times, Honeybadger was here for the whole day waiting for the wallets to help, but Yuriy had a "busy day" and wants to send them tomorrow.

I have done minimal business with them in the past but will not use their services again. I am hoping for a positive resolution for those effected though...
Edit - Props to those who are going out of their way to help.
I'm pretty sure the issue will get resolved, it just takes 3x more time than would be needed.
