Not sure why you're saying it happened over a span of hours.
Looks like you first said something 7:11 and said "peace out" at 7:46
Someone gave you a possible solution, but you didn't say whether or not it worked and then said peace out.
As far as your backup, did you check your SD Card or your Android/data/net.vanillacoin.vanillacoin or similar folder?
As soon as you get a mobile wallet you're planning to send a good amount of coins to, you should copy the backup wallet.dat to a PC. Close the mobile client and sync your PC client with your phone's wallet.dat. That way if you lose your phone or something happens and you have to rescan, you know you have a backup.
edit: Oh and to answer your question that you're claiming was ignored, no you can't get node incentives on an Android client. Android clients are client nodes; peers are nodes with a firewall blocking their inbound Vanillacoin port on Windows, Mac, or Linux clients; and super peers are nodes with their inbound Vanillacoin port open and a certain amount of uptime on Windows, Mac, or Linux clients.
Client nodes can still stake, but they don't relay data the same way that peers and super peers do. This allows them to use much less bandwidth.
From Zerotime whitepaper:
Defintions:
Client - A network node that does not share, route or relay data.
Peer - An unreachable network node that shares, routes and relays data.
Super Peer - A reachable network node that shares, routes and relays data.
why dont u put the whole 1 line comment that wasnt just "peace out"?
it was certainly more than peace out
and i did also thank the people for trying to help not just in my last comment, from that time i was on irc before i came back, but another as well
also i did comment on the fact the new wallet estimate blocks were right after loading but the total was not moving
also i already had a backup from when the coins were put on the phone and the wallet.dat was still there after
but upon installing the 3.7 wallet the wallet.dat was gone
thx to the guy above for the rescan comment i will give it a try
@LuvSan that did work thx
