You have to go to the signature payout page like before and enter your bitcointalk ID number again. It sends right after you do your lookup.I just did that, nothing happened. I still believe it has to be past the exact time last weeks payment was sent.
Worked for me. Sure, you probably have to wait the exact time of a full week. Fair enough.
EDIT: Actually, I think it auto-sends. I got my payment before I checked the signature page.
