I just rejoined last Saturday.  By rejoined I mean that I used to be in this campaign a long time ago and then I was away and on Saturday I re-added the sig and hit the signature.html page.  Now, I notice that on Tuesday it said payment 0.000 (however, it *is* properly counting my posts since Saturday).  I'm assuming that this is because when I originally signed up (over a year ago), I did so on a Tuesday.  Now I'm just trying to figure out if I'm going to get paid this Saturday (when I readded the sig and hit the signature.html page) or on Tuesday.  Any guesses?  Anyone know for sure?
You will be paid in 7 days (24*7 hours) after you rejoined if you keep signature all those days. If you remove signature, the counter will be reset, and you have to wait another 7 days.

you will be paid exactly after 7 days, or 7*24 hours
also as long as your stat on the website says active and counting your posts you are good to go
the first payment at 0 was the same for me too, it is at the day of my registration which says 0

Thanks for the reply, but you don't seem to understand my question.  I'm not asking about how many days is in the payment period, I've been using this signature campaign off and on for nearly a year.  I'm asking about whether my 7 days restarts from when I readded the sig or if it's still pegged to my original sign up date.

I believe they have a option for investments, they offer 90% of profits for their investors, taking 10% of the profit. If most of the coins are investments from large investments, their profit would probably be very small, factoring in the cost for hosting and other things (coding, security, employee's wages) .

primedice has no option for investment. Neither bitmixer has, what would make no sense.

What are you talking about?
I'm not talking about primedice. Bitmixer has one, https://bitmixer.io/invest.html. Large proportion of bitcoin may or may not be investments, that is just a guess.

you are right, but 100 btc is too much for most people, and I think it explains why did I forgot about it

PrimeDice will very likely be taking in far more coins than Bitmixer. Bitmixer takes a small commission of your coins whereas gambling sites usually take all your money  Grin. This deal is pretty good for what it is and is very popular but there's not that much competition at the moment and none that offer decent paying automated weekly payments.

Imo a higher rate wouldn't be bad, because the current price of Bitcoin is really low. Also, it's the aniversary of 1 year of this campaing, so we could do with a higher rate for celebration Smiley
-snip-

+1.
Yesterday (after the bitcointalk crash) I've made a comment with my opinion. Personally that's one of the best campaigns because of the automated system, but it's obvious that to celebrate the 1st anniversary and to make an improvement for their members, BITMIXER.IO team can consider a reward increase.  Cheesy

Actually, Bitmixer moves 25000BTC/month in their mixing service.
There's a 0.5% fee, so that's approximately ~125BTC/month (profit). Remember that you can add an extra of 0.0005BTC for every forward address added on the mixing process.  Wink

Assuming that stats + the current stats from the BITMIXER campaign:
  • Number of registered users: 365
  • Last 7 days total payouts: 2.47512917 BTC
From the ~125BTC/month earned with fees, they're ~2-3 reserved for this campaign so IMAO payments can increase a little bit without any problem. We have to think in facts like the bitcoin price and many many more... Tongue

NOTE: Remember that this is just an opinion, I like the campaign and features like the automated system, this is just a suggestion comment!

Stats sources:
- Bitmixer interview // coinprices.io interview: https://www.coinprices.io/articles/the-essential-role-of-mixing-services-bitmixer-processes-25k-btc-per-month
- Bitmixer fee: https://bitmixer.io/fees.html

I don't know if this exchange is making as much as Primedice or similar, but back in the time when Primedice was open beyond Staff member one could make like 0.4 a month a Sr Member, more if higher; not sure how many active members they had but take into account the price per BTC was much much higher. So yeah I would like a small raise. In any case I love this signature campaing for the automated method which goes really smooth.

Does the payment still happen on same time after 7 days or delayed by one day due to forum downtime ?

I got paid about an hour after forum got back.
But were you supposed to be paid then, or sometime in between the downtime ?
I was supposed to be paid on 22th, but was paid next day, so 23th of January.
