I escrow through Monbux (don't you see the thread title?), although if your preference is to use escrow it is your duty to contact him.
I use him because he has 0% fees, and has tons of experience.

I do not have these cards, they are stored somewhere else. I have no clue what the information is, and no one will until you receive it in the mail. I would ship it to myself and send you the info, but I've already bought a couple of these for myself (which means I hit the limit of cards per address)...
